Avoid purchasing direct from UK Store sales
Awesome products, but the UK sales store experience is awful. Beware, don't buy directly from their UK Store, buy from approved resellers, they are cheaper. No phone number to correct the wrong order, purely via email, and there are delays in their response. Very bad service from a sales perspective.

Wat gaat er niet mis bij Ubiquiti
Wat gaat er niet mis bij Ubiquiti? Het installeren van een Unifi Access Point kan al niet simpel. Letterlijk ALLES gaat mis. De oude Unifi installatie kan niet fatsoenlijk worden vervangen. De nieuwe software installeert niet, de Unifi Network Server start niet op, de Access Points worden niet herkend. De reset password mails komen niet door (ook niet in spam). Het hele bedrijf is gewoon één grote natte scheet.
Bij de datum van de ervaring kan ik helaas maar één datum invullen, want eigenlijk is mijn ervaring van de laatste vijf jaar.

Ubiquiti, UniFi Identity was just installed in our area and is exposing everyone here to high levels of cancer causing radiation. The equipment is turned up overnight and keeps everyone awake, and is also disturbing the wildlife and pulsating at dangerous levels. These high powered wifi modules need to be banned.
No next day delivery option.
When you buy overpriced equipment the least you expect is a premium experience, and next day delivery is paramount.
It has been 3 days so far and the parcel has yet to be handed to the currier, even though their website says dispatched. I don't care who's fault it is, I just need my stuff to start with my work.
I'd also appreciate reasonable shipping costs, a £12 flat fee when you buy a single it's unreasonable.

Captive Guest portal does not work correctly.
It prevents people from getting work done by causing https certificate issues on various websites for hours at a time, and with no way of preventing it.
Just shockingly bad, if you take networking seriously, don't pick Ubituiqi

This company is largely unresponsive and incompetent. I have a solo 401 K and have requested my documents several times to no avail. I have called and emailed numerous times.
Worst Support ever
Sehr gute Produkte, aber wehe etwas geht schief.... Defektes Gerät (neu und unter Garantie) auf eigene Kosten nach NL geschickt. Der Support schliesst das Ticket ohne Ersatz zu senden. Keine Reaktion, Gerät weg.... Nun neues Ticket eröffnet, mal schauen wie es weiter geht.
Awful equipment with no customer service.
Since installing this rubbish into my house literally nothing works. Support is non existent, hardware doesn't work and interferes with everything in the house, I feel totally mis-sold and would rather have holes in the ceiling than the bricks that are in there now.
Stellar customer support
Bought a used doorbell off eBay, and it was missing a part. Reached out to Ubiquiti asking to buy it since it isn't listed separately, and they sent one out for free! Quick, easy, painless. Made me glad/proud to use their products.
£350 worth of network equipment…
£350 worth of network equipment destroyed in shipping due to lack of proper packaging.
Items were just put loose inside a thin cardboard box which arrived crushed. UI support did not seem to be concearned that their courier destroyed their products, no longer going to do business with UI afte this experience.
The only positive was that a refund was provided promptly.

Terrible company do not buy these products my dream machine died for no reason 1 month out of warranty they wouldn’t do anything I think they should rename it the “nightmare machine” !!
Order kept getting rejected
Love Ubiquiti products. Was trying to order some more dream machine pros and my order kept getting denied.
Tried switching to my wife’s computer. New payment info. No luck. Kept getting rejected.
I’ve read online that this is common for their website so went to adorama who sells UI. Good experience

range van de long range u6 acces point viel tegen. kwam niet verder dan 1 betonnen muur. Gelukkig wel gratis kunnen retourneren (na aftrek herpakkosten). Slecht is het gebrek aan communicatie rondom het retourneren. Geen enkel bericht of het is ontvangen is en wanneer geld retour wordt gestort.

Also casting vote for worst support award. Although the support message content was speedy and courteous, they hide behind the shipping company (UPS) issues. Currently in "no delivery date known" of shipment. The webshop does not provide me a choice for who to ship this with, so it's Ubiquiti's responsibility for the product to arrive and take ownership.
As great as the products are (and I do have at least 5K £ worth of their equipment) if the products do not arrive and supports ignores my plea for help, I will buy other brands.
You have not only lost a customer but also an advocate.
Worst Support Award Goes To....
These guys have about the worst support possible. You will have to wait at least a week for a response via e-mail. Then, it can take you weeks on top of that to fix your issue because they are so arrogant that they blame everything but their equipment and software. An automatic software update from Ubiquiti on our NVR's took out our NVR's, switches, cameras, and wireless antennae's at all of our locations throughout the U.S. They refuse to look into the update as the cause. We had to re-adopt over 50 cameras and devices, and we still are having issues because they refuse to address the issue, their software update! I'm yanking everything of theirs and putting in a whole new system. Expensive, yes. Worth it, absolutely. Because dealing with this Bush League company is not worth the hassle. Ubiquiti will leave your company compromised and could care less. Do not do business with them. You will regret it!
