My terrific Twistii torch
My Twistii torch is great! I love it! It arrived in a neat package/box and it was already partly charged so I could use it straight out of the box as I was keen to see it working! It's easy to charge up and simple to wear and use. It's such a helpful invention. Thank you so much.

For me would be better if white light was strongér. Or another version with just white lights. I lost my dog and light source wasn't strong enough to cover 30mts. But she found me. Excellent product., love the snap on strap..good quality product...makes excellent present

Hi Hazel, thanks for your feedback. We are always looking at ways to develop and improve Twistii and your comments here are really helpful.
Twistii has been designed for close proximity illumination, and although we wanted it to be powerful enough for others to see you from a long distance (for road safety for example), we decided to keep the light level lower to achieve a balance between battery life, performance and to allow individuals to use Twistii in a wider range of situations, like in the bedroom at night where consideration for others may be an important factor.
If you're out and about with your dog in the dark and she heads off into the distance, Twistii is great for popping on a collar. Set it to flash mode so you can see where she heads off too and this way you'll always have an idea of her whereabouts. You can either slide the strap out and feed her collar through or simply wrap the snap band around her holster or collar instead. Hope this helps!

Great item great service.
Great item great service.
One suggestion to improve the twistii torch would be some sort of protection against dirt fluff etc getting into USB socket.

Hi John, this is something we considered and during development opted to keep the USB socket clear to prevent charging up from being too fiddly, especially for individuals who have joint or mobility problems. Twistii is fully weatherproof so should any moisture get in, the electronics are completely protected. Thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated.

After seeing the Twistii on TV
After seeing the Twistii on TV, I thought it would be perfect for my son in law on his night fishing trips. After a few days of placing my order I hadn't seen a confirmation of payment so I emailed Darrell and he suggested that it may be in my junk mail. Sure enough it was there !
Today the Twistii's have arrived and I have to say: the product, the packaging etc. etc are all lovely quality and I would definitely recommend this product.

Easy to use hands free torch
Easy to use hands free torch and its rechargeable. You can also change the direction of the light to suit your need. I have already showed it to a family member and they were just as impressed as I was.

Hi Jane, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you like the directional twist element of our light, it was important for us to create a torch that allowed individuals to really target certain areas which is especially useful for close-up work like DIY. Hope you enjoy using your Twistii and thanks for spreading the word! :-)
Good service
The Twistii arrived in good time, we'll packed and already charged.
The lights are bright enough and the wrist snap band is easy to use.

Very happy with the Twistii and the buying experience. Slight issue with the website on the day as the TV show Them customer is always right’ aired that day and demand was high.
One phone call sorted this out.

Hi Chris, thanks for your thoughts and for highlighting your experience. We did have an issue with our website on the day that the television programme, The Customer Is Always Right aired as we had many more visitors than normal which put our site under strain. This isn't a regular occurrence and with thanks to everyone's patience and understanding we were able to get things running smoothly again. However, we're always on the end of the phone, social media or email if help is ever needed. Thanks again Chris, all the best.
Twistti
Used for Jogging with Dog, negative head spins around to easily, could do with some sort of resistance to keep light in place. The Head of torch could be raised a bit higher so it would light up pavement a bit more rather than hand.
Positive really good safety light in dark strap reallyholds on wrist, charge good, overall very happy with purchase.

Hey Sparky, thanks for your comments, it's great to hear feedback from a thorough road test! When developing Twistii, runners were individuals who we thought could really benefit from a wrist torch, instead of using the traditional and often uncomfortable head torch. Twistii's aim is to provide fully rotational and directional light and your experience here is something we will take a look at to see if we can improve slightly. Many thanks and all the best.
Excellent product
Only just received but initially the item it self looks great better than I thought it would actually . Price is good too.The time to arrive was a little long though.

Just what I wanted
Very pleased with Twistii. Love the way it wraps round your wrist - very James Bondish. I have problems with balance especially in the dark and Twistii is so much more practical than carrying a torch. Plus it is rechargeable, functional, stylish and versatile.

Thanks for your thoughts Maureen, we love the James Bond reference! Maybe we could get Twistii featured in the movie! Being able to see in the dark whilst keeping both hands free is not only convenient, it's also safer and we hope that it helps. All the very best.

After seeing it on tv and the price being 9.95 I thought I'd give it a go. Having found the direct website I was disappointed to find the price increased to 14.95, so decided not to buy. Shame they increased as I would have bought a few.

Hi Mark, thanks so much for your comment. We’re really sorry to hear that the change in price has deterred you from purchasing and trying Twistii out for yourself. We’d like to apply a little context and explain the price difference you noted from the BBC programme, The Customer Is Always Right.
The programme that you watched on Friday 3rd January, was a repeat of a programme that was aired originally on the 7th April 2019. When we filmed our episode back in December 2018, £9.95 was indeed the price we were proceeding to market with. However, as with many new ventures and businesses, this is a very fluid situation and we have had to adapt to a number of different investment situations over the last 12 months that we had not anticipated. The recent uncertain economic background meant our Pound Sterling was very volatile and whilst many more established businesses can to a certain extent absorb the movement, we found this difficult and had to make a number of decisions to ensure Twistii didn’t succumb before it had got going.
Twistii has been a project that has taken a great deal of personal time and investment over a number of years and what we always wanted to achieve was a product that was not only unique, but accessible and affordable for everyone. Throughout our journey we have listened to ensure we are providing a product and service that people find valuable and we have often reacted to feedback and have adjusted accordingly. This was why we made our new price inclusive of delivery. When the program was originally shown, this wasn’t the situation. We are constantly evaluating our delivery options, testing the processes whilst we develop and a flat, standard price including delivery was clear, and straight forward.
We believe that Twistii is still great value and when the BBC programme was originally broadcast, we had not officially launched our product and can now see that we had, and still have a lot to learn as we continue our journey.
