Fabulous product
Fabulous product. I initially bought for grandchildren and friend after seeing on TV, now just bought one for myself. Only thing I would say needs attention is the length of the charger lead not long enough should be same length as phone charger.

Thank you so much for your review and for your feedback. This sort of feedback is extremely helpful and allows us to consider changes and improvements when developing Twistii. The main reason for the charging cable being the shorter length it is, is primarily because we thought it would be more convenient and it also takes up less space in packaging and in storage. Micro-USB cables are very commonplace and we thought that customers would already have a suitable charging cable, however a smaller more travel friendly option would be welcome. Thank you so much and we hope you enjoy using your Twistii ☺️
Great hands free light for winter evening dog walks
Some times you find a product that is so good at what it does you wonder why no one thought of it before. This light definitely sits in that category for me as it really does light up those dark paths while keeping your hands free for all the other things you have to juggle when walking a dog...lead, ball, keys and poo bag etc.
It was also delivered really quickly and came partly charged so I could see it was working on arrival without having to wait hours charging.

Hi Anthony, I'm really sorry to hear that your Twistii isn't as bright as you expected. 😕 I have tried to get in touch and have requested a replacement Twistii to be sent out to you (hopefully you have received this by now) as it sounds like your original order may have been faulty. Especially as the rear red lights are brighter than the front white. Fingers crossed this does the trick for you but should need any help or have any questions, do feel free to get in touch. All the best. 😊
Twistii the must have wrist torch
I have had these from the moment they came out and everybody I know now has one. The best torch you could ever wish for. With so many different uses. You will love them

Great hands free option
Easy to order, had updates as to when dispatched etc, can't fault service.
Great product, second one purchased, one each when we're walking the dog. Great for when the dog does his toilet moments in the dark as you can move the light to where needed. Good light, not over powering so it blinds but give could coverage. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Mary, thanks for your feedback. It's great to hear that you find your Twistii so helpful whilst out walking with your dog. The whole concept of Twistii was actually conceived whilst out walking in the dark. We deliberately aimed for a personal torch that was bright enough for your own personal space, whilst not enough to disturb others and it's great to hear that this balance works well for you. We do hope you enjoy your Twistii, especially as the shorter days are coming back around and stay safe. 😊

I would say this company is honest
I would say this company is honest, genuine, reliable and friendly. Even under current circumstances, they still managed to get my order to my two happy granddaughters in time for Easter. I would highly recommend this 5 star company.

Hi Annette, thank you so much for your order and for your review - it's very much appreciated.
We're all experiencing uncertainty at this time however, we always look to do our best for our customers whilst also being realistic in that the world is not quite 'business as usual' at the moment. This can present some challenges which we do our very best to overcome, and your patience and understanding whilst we worked through these were greatly appreciated. We hope you enjoyed the Easter weekend and that your Grandaughters enjoyed their Twistii's. Stay safe, and we're sending our very best wishes to you and your family. 😊
