Twistii don't bother replying to messages
Have left two messages with Twistii's contact us page on their website regarding buying a torch. Two weeks later still no one has bothered to reply. Also no other form of contact info like phone number or email on their website. Waste of time.
The phone number on here doesn't work either.

Very disappointing to see my nephew's excitement fade away, when he found that his twistii gift is not working. I purchased as a gift in amazon UK for my Canadian nephew. After charging overnight, only the LED green light is on. White or Red lights are not functioning, the whole torch is a faulty one. One very sad Aunt ...I had my trust on this product based on the reviews and considering its a personal product.
I hate to give them 2*s, but I am left with no option.

We're really sorry to hear of your experience and that you appear to have a faulty Twistii. Have you been in touch with Amazon to get this rectified? Sad Aunt's and disappointed Nephew's are certainly not what we want! If you email: hello@twistii.com with your order details then we'll gladly get this sorted for you.
These are certainly as described
These are certainly as described - too soon to tell how effective they are as not tested outside as yet but initial testing indoors and ease of functions on twistii are very good

Astrophotography
A really good product but would be even better if the red light could work independently from the white as this would be great for astrophotography/using a telescope at night etc.
If you do ever do that, let us know and we'll be the first to place another order!
