Same experience as others. Didn't receive item at all. Received email confirming they would resend it and send me new tracking info. They never did. Sent email requesting tracking info. Sent me an email advising my problem was being escalated. Four emails later over a month and a half, did not recieve any reply. They are just ignoring me now. So have put in a dispute thru paypal to get my money back.

They sucks I order from them for over three weeks now and still haven't received my order or a tracking # I emailed them still no response from them

Same warning as JBH gave. My credit card was compromised after I placed an order in early March. Still no shipping notice, no responses. Scam company. Don't order from them

Bought galaxy s7 edge case from this company. Product does not work as advertised - you can't answer calls or access apps when cover is on. Product cost us$26.90 with postage. Contacted for refund. They offered half product cost saying they lost out on postage (I said I paid for postage so that was a lie) . I asked for us$15, prepared to wear the rest. They didn't get back to me. Item comes from China and has cost on the bag (us$5). Asked for full refund. No reply. Have reported via PayPal. Avoid this company! Fake reviews on their website and wouldn't publish mine.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as the others who have provided their views and experience with TumbleCat i.e. missing items not delivered, poor customer service (non existent), and not willing to refund your hard earned money.

I placed an order on 26th January (for four items), granted three items were delivered but the final item has yet to be delivered - it's been over 2 months. Although I am in a much better position than others, it's still day light robbery - they are not to be trusted.

Don't even enter in any dealings with them, and better use pay pal if you do, and they are not telling you how long you going to wait, anyway my advise don't deal with them .😡

I strongly suspect Tumble Cat and Trending VIP are one and the same. They have similar sites and products, and neither gets around to shipping your item. Additional, they have the same customer service language with the same "rest assured" line. Luckily for me, I paid them thru paypal, so I know I can get me money refunded thru them. I'm giving them until the 14 day point. If it's not shipped by then, I'm cancelling the order and notifying paypal of their actions, or lack of them.

This is pure robbery. My husband has ordered a hair remover that came with a bonus watch. The order has been placed in January. Last week, after more than 2 months we received only the bonus watch and no hair remover.

Reallyyy really fraud company...they do not send orders but scam you out of pocket. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This is a fraud business with unethical values. They have no accountability an really vague about their contact details. Save your money and dont buy from them.

Warning—immediately after placing an order my credit card was compromised. While I cannot be 100% sure they were the cause, I have strong suspicions they were!

Never get your product and they do not refund you

I made an online order, and paid in good faith, for an electric razor. Simple enough right?
8 weeks later i was still chasing up where my item was, as it hadn't arrived.
I was fobbed off almost daily about shipment problems, tracking issues, and told to chase up the shipping company. I wasn't prepared to do that, it's TumbleCat's responsibility to deliver on a confirmed order and consumer rights info will tell you that they shouldn't tell you to chase up the shipping company yourself. Don't be fobbed off!
I have since reminded them of their obligations, and of my consumer rights, and I requested a full refund; fair enough i think.
We are almost at the 9th week, since my order was confirmed, and i'm still chasing my refund; yes it's been a week since my original written refund request and their delaying tactics are annoying.
I have kept the record of all the email correspondence between myself and TumbleCat, i will be taking the issue further.
Please heed my advice and order elsewhere, there are good, reputable companies out there; TumbleCat are just not one of them unfortunately.

Terrible company over priced and cheep quality

Purchased a product over 1 month ago, have been told the product has been delivered but nothing received. I think this site maybe a scam so beware because I am having a hard time getting e response.

They have send my itmen 40 days after payment and now I have to wait 20+ days to arrive.when I ask them what happened they told me that I’m in hurry they are not slow! Do not waste your time
