I have never felt so little until this time when I decided to patronise in tumble cat products! STAY WELL AWAY!!! They are scammers! False advertisement! I was on wait for a two separate magnetic cover for my iphone 6s+ as advertised, instead what did I get, a 1 piece black cover you can get for 5quid in the market, and I have been duped into paying over 5x the amount. The item is advertised to be shipping from the United States instead it comes straight from China!! My mistake was I never read or saw any of these reviews before I went in to buy this time. Don't make the same mistake! BE WEARY OF CHINESE ONLINE TRADERS! MOST CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!

Bad Bad Bad service. The Facebook ad for the magnetic case was false advertising. What you get is a plain back cover, which you can get for less than $5.00. The free watch, you are lucky if you can get one.

Stay away from this site.

I have never ever experienced such poor customer service. I received my iPhone case (£22) it was cheap Chinese crap, contacted tumblecat with in the hour for a full refund, 2 days offered me 10% off next order ( I would never order from these people) then was offered 30% partial refund which basicly works if the cost of this cheap China case. Still waiting for refund 2 weeks later. I’m forever emailing them. Don’t buy from Tunble cat really bad service.

My product broke within 8 days....they never reaponded
to my emails and the second part of my shipment never came.

Very disappointed!
First, the miracle, unscratchable, very solid glass back is ruined with two “marketing” messages that cannot be removed: “wireless signal connects well” and “Designed in Dong Guan”. How tacky is that!
Second, the miracle, unscratchable case was on the phone when the phone dropped to a wooden floor about 24” below. The entire miracle, unscratchable case shattered! Piece of Chinese junk. I would have requested a replacement, but I’ve read here that the customer service sucks and I won’t use this piece of junk again!

If I hat taken the time to inform myself about this company, I would never have done this terrible mistake, I would never have ordered something from them.
But unfortunately it happened, I ordered a phone case for my iPhone. The delivery to Germany didn't take very long but when I opened my order I saw that the phone case was damaged, there was a cut on the metal.
I could use the case but every time I would touch the damaged point I would hurt my fingers and scratch my phone. So I decided to contact the company, I asked them for a new case or a discount on the price I paid (I send them pictures of the damaged case). The answer came fast, they apologized for the problem, but they didn't offer me a new phone case. They told me that "the attached photos were reviewed and you can still use the item".

Finally they offered me a discount code for my new order wich I definitely will never use. My tipp after that, please inform yourself before ordering something from a unknown company.

I’m going to trading standards regarding this company. I ordered a magnetic wrap around phone case and received a £2 rear plastic cover. I’m absolutely disgusted and now looking at reviews this company should be stopped ASAP.

I have ordered two items from this company,one took 3 months and after much chasing, the wrong product arrived ,a cheap product at that,Have not agreed to replace it.
The second item according to the tracking has been delivered ,sorry not to me !!
Keep getting emails assuring me it’s on its way
Fortunately paid with PayPal,have reported them,hopefully I’ll get my money back

I have given 5 stars so to get this message out, if you do happen to use this company, PLEASE use PayPal for your purchase, that way you'll get your money back by opening up a dispute with this company, as I know you will at some point dealing with them, and PLEASE TRY NOT TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD with them, as a mate card got cloned after using his card with them.
So please remember to use PayPal for your orders with Tumble Cat or you could have a TUMBLE

Don`t buy from this company they are scammers! I placed an order with them and only noticed after placing the order that it says it could take 3-5 months to deliver your order. I emailed them 15 mins after I placed my order to cancel it and they replied saying its been dispatched already and they cant refund me.....

I, unfortunately, placed an order in January for 6LED flares. As of today (20th May) they still have not been delivered now, despite several emails cancelling the order and asking for my money back, have I received a single cent from them. In my book these people are fraudsters!

Bought a great looking case for my note 8... it showed after a month... it fit fine.. but pretty poor protection for my $1,000 phone... it slipped out of my hand.. the front cover of the case chipped when it hit the floor.. predictable...

Somehow I knew that I was going to get screwed. Sure enough; I got the wrong case and NO watch. I paid shipping for both. Horrible service. Sneaky Asians.

When I ordered my iPhone 7 Plus case the web site apparently wasn’t working properly. Yet, my order did go through.
When my package arrived with a blackberry case as they had told me... I simply sent it back return to sender unopened.
Consistently the customer support said this was my fault. Consistently they have had little else to say or so to correct this error. Why they would think I’d purposely order the wrong product is beyond me!
So now after two months I still don’t have my case and they do not correct the order!
It’s absolutly terrible customer service! They have my money and I have nothing at all but trouble trying to right their wrong.

These people are AWFUL!! They only show the 5 star reviews on their site! I tried to leave a review and it won't show! They also refuse to give refunds. Here are my review that you'll never see on their site!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CASE!!
1) The app to download is laden with warnings
2) the app requires TWO steps to unlock your phone - one to awaken the app the other to unlock your phone
3) the case has nothing to lock into place so the slightest movement knocks it over
4) THERE IS NO REFUND!! They try to offer 30% refund only - no return for full refund!

i actually had the product turn up and held out hope!! the iphone accessory looked good to go till i got to the microphone which was the main reason for purchase - didnt work - cant contact a human being! wish I had read the reviews a few weeks ago products are rubbish!

Knowingly sell faulty products that simply do not work. Agreed to 50% refund to bring matters to a close - had to chase 4+ times over 2 months for refund and it has still not arrived.
Shockingly bad company selling rubbish. (this was for a phone case that did not work).

Avoid at all costs.
