Negative stars should be an option.
First off, website is wellnessproductsusa.com. Not at all USA.
My credit card was compromised and an order placed. I caught it immediately, contacted them within the first day, explained it was fraud, and cancel. Denied. Looked up their website and found there was 180 money back guarantee. Charge should have been $51.94, charged me $62.44, no explanation given. Still states wellnessproductsUSA.com. Also, FREE shipping.
I received the package and requested how to return, they denied. I sent them a screenshot of the 180 money back guarantee, and demanded a full refund of $62.44.
I reported them to the FTC.

BTW, they go by several different names:
Nina Brittle
Team Tumblecat
Usbeeviveus
Resilient Media
Everything about this place is a scam.

Terrible company

I agree with another review - one star is too much. The product I ordered wasn't even close to what was represented and they never responded to any of my email requests. I don't agree with trump's tariff debacle but if it keeps this company from sending stuff to us, I might change my mind. A good reminder to buy local.

Scam or what? Ordered a Hemsa 3 function blood…

Ordered a Hemsa 3 function blood glucose, blood pressure and blood oxygen machine.
Correct box arrived but wrong machine inside only 2 functions pressure and oxygen.
Tried sending email but system states theherdsmen.com is unknown.
Need a proper contact email address or is this a scam...

I ordered a product & received a different product all together. They told me I had to pay all costs to send it back although they are the ones that sent me the wrong item! Total scam website do not order anything from them!

fraudsters

I bought 3 tubes of MarineFix Chipped boat gel filler (3 COLORS) via an instagram feed Tumblecat but they sent me 3 tubes of wood paint 6 weeks later. Really unhelpful service originally replied to my complaint via PayPal but since have disappeared and Paypal are useless in retrieving my $ Stay away from these fraudsters....:(

Description missing

They keep trying to charge a card for who knows what! There seems to be no way to determine exactly what the charges are for. No description and no contact info other than here. Maybe they’ll be some clarification.

Terrible company

Terrible company, pure SCAM. They make advertisement which is telling you completely different story than product you finally get from them. After complaining to them and PayPal, they tell you to send the goods back on your costs to a strange not existing address somewhere in Malasia which is completely different place and country from which they originally send goods from. You have no chance to get your money back!

Selling coffee mug warmers as epoxy resin warmers refuse to give refund unless I send back to malaysia which can't be done due to a cyber attack at Royal mail. PayPal on their side. Don't order anything from this awful company.

Floral art paint pouring cup

I ordered a Floral art paint pouring cup. The ad showed a much larger cup than what I received. Literally the item I got was just a little over an inch tall. Ad was definitely misleading. I have emailed asking for a full refund 39.77 CAD for something that may have cost 10 cents to make. No joke!!

I recently purchased a product Vinal Record cleaner from them that turned out to be fraudulent. I requested a refund and the best they could offer was 50% IF I returned the product to Malaysia. Apparently they wanted me to return the fraudulent product so they could sell it to another unsuspecting victim.

Apparently this is the parent company…

Apparently this is the parent company for Amadine Amhi. I recently purchased a product from them that turned out to be fraudulent. I requested a refund and the best they could offer was 50% IF I returned the product to Malaysia. Apparently they wanted me to return the fraudulent product so they could sell it to another unsuspecting victim. Do not do business with Amadine Amhi or their parent company Resilient Media PTE LTD. They are frauds! :(

I ordered from this company and never…

I ordered from this company and never received my order. I e mailed them and they sent me a tracking number that said one package had been delivered 9/6 and the other 9/7. NEITHER of which were delivered. I told them this and they continue to refer me to tracking numbers. I have checked them out on the internet and they are a scam. You will likely never see your refund!!!! I have 3 packages not received and found out ALL 3 were shipped by the same people IN CHINA!!! Sunyou is the business. Stay away they are fraud!! If you read about Sunyou, no one has received their packages or if they did, it was not the correct merchandise!!!!!

Absolute scam. Don’t buy anything from them.

I ordered the invisible lift kit and was not satisfied with the product. I emailed the company to receive a refund and instead they offered 15% off my next purchase. I then sent another email to receive my refund and now my emails are not being sent to the original email. I then emailed their dispute email and no one has gotten back to me. Complete scam.

Don't do it!

I purchased a product from this company and they sent me a different product altogether and then claimed it was as good as the other product… It had nothing to do with the other product which I could’ve bought for five dollars at any store but I paid $40.94 for this product which can’t be found in stores and they didn’t send it to me. They actually refused to send me the product I ordered and then only offered a 20% refund or I could ship it back at my own expense… which would cost more than the product!

They claimed to be out of California

They claimed to be out of California , the advertised name Leika was different than the name on the package Laikou. They claimed to use rare albino redwood tree in their product from California yet there was none in the ingredients. (not to mention the albino redwood is so rare and protected that it is unallowable to be used in products and if it was it would be dangerous because it is a sponge for heavy metals and quite toxic) They have an FDA warning/ ban against at least one of their products 24 gold snail serum. When I went to return the product I bought they gave me address of abandoned building in India pusat-perdagangan-bandar-bukit-jalil-for-sale-by-dester-yap-25779902, telling paypal they only return my money if I pay shipping and when product actually arrived (which of course would never happen). On top of all that they also claim in another ad to be based in Japan yet their information claims they are in Philippines. Dig deep on this company as it has many offshoots trying to sell it all from same source

THEY USE REPUTABLE VIDEOS WITH REPUTABLE PRODUCTS….YOU LOVE THE SOUND OF THEM….YOU WANT THEM….YOU BUY THEM. …AND THEY DELIVER THEIR OWN BRAND CHEAP DANGEROUS PRODUCTS (HAVE THE RASHES AND THE DERMATOLOGIST INVOICES TO PROVE IT) THIS COMPANY NEEDS SUING FOR SELLING BLACK MARKET UNREGULATED SKINCARE UNDER FALSE NAMES BEWARE THEY WRECK YOUR SKIN

I ordered a product I thought was from the USA. It was suppose to be developed by top leading dermatologist that I’d heard of specialising in serums produced from pure bee venom in conjunction with a woman bought up on a bee farm all sounded marvellous and I couldn’t wait to order it. Also checked story out…all true. I waited two months, finally got my serums

1.Different product name
2. Not one correct ingredients
3. Utterly different desired effects listed again as above not one remotely similar to what I ordered
3. Paid $76 eventually found Chinese sites selling the same thing for as little as 50p yes you read that correctly.
4. Got charged a TIP by Bernie who processed the payment!!! $15 Totally illegal.
5. GOT A £600 dermatologist invoice to sort my skin out after only one use and I’m still suffering

They use many different company names it’s seriously SCARY as the only way you get to read these is after it’s happened and you. They have no morals or scruples and never will.
