Wow, very impressed with tug-e-nuff, absolutely superb customer service, fast delivery and the Pocket Powerball bungee, The Clam and the Powerball look and feel fantastic. I'm keeping them out of sight as they are Christmas gifts for my beautiful labrador retriever but I know she's going to absolutely love them. I've no hesitation in recommending tug-e-nuff, not only will I buy more at some point, I will also be spreading the word to my dog loving friends. Thank you so much.

My new dog toys look fantastic and arrived quickly. We haven't played with them yet as they are Christmas gifts, but I have two tuggers purchased about 4 years ago that I have used with a variety of dogs. They have lasted beautifully because I follow the 'play then put away' suggestion and the dogs LOVE them. This time I bought a couple toys for my granddogs too. Awesome company, fantastic product!

Products are great - delivered on time

I was advised to buy these tugs for training (recall) and so far so good. Teddy loves them. He likes the shorter strap best but I do have to be careful as he sometimes accidentally nips me🙈🙈!!

Excellent service

I used the toy once and the fur was already shedding. For the use and price, this should not be happening.

The dog loves the toys, we love them. They’re very well constructed and hold up surprisingly well. Our dog is notorious for destroying toys really quickly and these have held up so far.

I am a puppy raiser for a well known charity who suggest Tug-E-Nuff for supervised play. When we had our first assistance to be puppy I bought two of the faux fur tugs. Both items were used under supervision by myself and both lost excessive fur and had to be thrown away as the managing director refused to even acknowledge the item was faulty. We now have our second assistance puppy and again our puppy advisor suggested Tug-e-nuff so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought a clam shell treat ball. Fill it with treats and throw it for dog to get their reward immediately whilst you catch up. This week when I caught up (doesn’t take long I’m not good at throwing) there was a hole in the clam at the point where the velcro is sewn on and the foam inner is on view. I complained, was told the item could be replaced (it’s been used twice) but I’d have to pay the postage!!! They do not offer refunds of used items even though the item we received was clearly faulty. The charity do not pay for these items the volunteer puppy raisers do. Unfortunately, despite photo evidence of the fault being provided to the company, the managing director would not acknowledge this as a fault and offered an exchange where we pay the postage or nothing. I will not be giving Tug-E-Nuff the benefit of the doubt again.

Oh in the time I’ve written this I’ve had an email to say they will cover costs of postage this once. Well that’s very kind but three out of four products I’ve bought have been faulty, they wouldn’t even acknowledge the first two and the fourth one I haven’t started using yet!

As others have said, Avoid this company and their poor customer service.

The item we received was clearly faulty. There was excessive fur loss leaving bald patches on the toy after less than ten minutes of supervised play. Unfortunately, despite “excessive fur loss” being listed as a fault on the company’s website (and picture evidence of the fault being provided to the company), the managing director would not acknowledge this as a fault and simply offered us an exchange. Wholly disingenuous.

Avoid this company and their poor customer service.

Item definitely lived up to the hype. An incredibly engaging interactive toy for my pup and me. Great for building a stronger bond, whilst both having fun. She absolutely adores it, will come back every time she sees it. We have a long lead and a pocket lure and hope to buy the twizzler one for Xmas (😊).
I love the history behind this business and the extra advice, help and support is incredible. Customer service is exceptional too, very quick response, did exactly as asked and delivery super quick. If I could give more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would.
Don't read any more reviews, just buy one, your dog will love you for it 😁

Love it, fits in my pocket nicely and my lad loves playing fetch and tug with it

Great product. Staff is knowledgeable, answers questions clearly and explanations easy to understand. Especially like the harness, that stays above the point of the shoulders. The collar is a close but not exact match. It seems a little stiff but hopefully will loosen up with regular use.

My dog, Bella, who I had adopted relatively recently did not play or really engage with any toys. Our behaviorist recommended we try tug-e-nuff and Bella is thrilled. As a JRT with high prey drive this was the perfect toy for her. She can’t get enough of it! I think I’ll have to get a second one bc the first one is covered in her slobber and she’s trying her best to shred it.

I ordered a rabbit skin toy thinking it would be good for my greyhound to chase. Unfortunately she just saw it as food and guarded and ate it. Which is understandable, she spent 3 years running after them - she finally has one and she is not letting go.

She did some damage to it so I contacted Tug-e-Nuff to see if I could get discount on a different toy that my greyhound did chase. They offered to actually take this one back and replace free of charge.

I then got an email confirmation for the new order once they had the old one back giving me an option to add more items to it - which I did, I added the mystery toy for £9.95 and have got a great synthetic pocket toy!!

We got I of these toys for our dog we loved it & was his favourite toy we gave him it to pull on after his Kong at lunch time we had it about 5 weeks & the handle dismembered from The End by the ball due to weak stitching we contacted customer support but they just weren't interested as the guarantee of 45 days was out by one week will not be buying again.

The price and quality is great but you need to keep the customer updated what is happening with their order as I kept checking and it just said my order was being processed.
