Got upsold a ‘clam treat dispenser’ for £13 ish - what a load of rubbish, surely make your treat giving toys tough. Dog ate through it with in 2 minutes- full of cheap foam… very disappointed will not order from you again, and will not recommend your products

Our puppy absolutely loves this toy. We have to keep it hidden so he doesn’t try and get it all the time. We’re teaching him good play etiquette and using it for training and rewards as he loves it so much. We have a pocket one for walks too.

Ordered 2 toys, missed on online offer but
the Tug-E-Nuff cut me in on it anyway.
Toys are very strong and need to be for our rottie.

The crew at Tug-E-Nuff is especially accommodating and will help you select the right toy for your pup. I had an issue with the first toy we got and they replaced it with a more appropriate one very quickly. My dog LOVES his tug toy!!

I ordered my first tug-n- uff from a 3rd party website, when it arrived it came with a really comprehensive booklet from the company, so I checked out their website.

I ordered 2 more and got a 3rd at a special price. The free tutorials on the website are so informative, fun and easy to follow that I was confident about which of the extensive range of these toys would suit my pup.

The tutorials are really easy to watch and have absolutely helped me to connect with my pup, Erik, in a fun way.

He learned to ‘switch’ toys on day one, and is really progressing with his recall - and it’s all play!

I really like that the information is available in both written and video format. I had been concerned about buying rabbit or sheepskin tugs but I now understand why they can be useful and that they are ethically sourced.

The attention to detail of the design and construction of the tugs are astounding. I am confident they will last us a long time, despite daily use.

Buying was easy! Finding the right products ( there is a fun little quiz to help) ordering and dispatch information just flowed. I knew when they were due to arrive.

In short, this company seems to really care that their toys will enrich the lives of humans and companion animals alike.

Mein Hund hat im Trainingskurs nie gespielt. Dann entdeckte sie Spielzeug in der hinteren Hosentasche der Trainerin, hat es ihr rausgezogen und ist damit weggerannt. Sie ist jetzt 6 Jahre alt und es ist das einzige spielzeug geblieben mit dem wir auf dem Hundeplatz was anfangen können.
Jetzt habe ich es als Geschenk für eine Freundin gekauft weil wir dasselbe Verhalten bei ihrem Hund bemerkt haben. DANKE für diese gute Trainingshilfe

I recently ordered a few tug e nuff toys which arrived on time. But i think there needs to be an improvement in how the power balls are made as when i gave the ball to one of the dogs to play with and while he was gently playing with it in his mouth.

I heard a big crack and when i went to look the whole ball had fallen apart so it needs to be possibly made out of a tougher rubber so a dog can’t break it with its teeth

I am so disappointed in my most recent experience with this company. This company sell themselves as a family company that care about being part of the life journey with your dog/s. Living in a world full of soulless capitalist ventures targeted at pet lovers, I bought into their vision and naively assumed that all the happy, friendly, doggy/owner promotional materials were an indication that my dog and I were not just another name/email on their mailing list.
And my purchases with them saw me very happy with their products - I returned numerous times. But then I hit a snag with one of their items, and sadly I then discovered that their 'customer/after care' was not something that remotely matched how hard they worked with sales or the ethos of Tug-E-Nuff that I was marketed.
I took the time to compose a nice email with pictures - even including a picture of my dog - I thought that was a nice touch. I received a short email response from Danny, the managing director. The email was clearly just a cut and paste/template. The email implied that my dog was somehow outside of 'the norm'; I was reminded of the company's return policy; and finally I was offered a 15% off discount code if I spent more money with them, which was strangely not top of my priorities at that moment! There was no personal acknowledgment of my concerns or experience, no apology, no care!
I did reply to Danny's email with a bit of feedback. Danny chose not to reply, which is a shame. I would probably have not felt the need to leave a trustpilot review had he at least acknowledged my feedback (a basic part of customer care).
I have recommended this local 'family business' to so many people. That will now stop. I have made repeat purchases and had planned to continue that. That will now stop. And why...? Because I did not feel that I or my pet or my custom were valued in any way whatsoever. Shame.
