A totally shambolic service from Tubs&Tiles Navan. We went in to buy a full system. Instead the processing of the order was a full mess. Some items were missing. Some were delivered wrong. We had multiple trips back in to Navan to get the order corrected which cost with tilers and plumbers. The wall mounted toilet was an old model that had big problems installing - fair play to Sonas (who supplied to Tubs and Tiles) for changing this toilet as soon as they heard the problem. What a mess.

We designed our whole bathroom here in tubs and tiles tralee. The staff members couldent be more helpful especially Ger who gave so much of his time and patience to help us create our dream bathroom within budget. Great options for all tiles throughout a home

Tubs and tiles Tralee... Donika is a hero! She has been an excellent point of contact, gone above and beyond and always with a great positive attitude. The rest of the team have been lovely to deal with also. Would recommend!

Want to give a big thank‑you to the team at Tubs & Tiles Tralee for their expert guidance while choosing our new bathroom(s). The showroom is brilliantly laid out, and the team took the time to walk me through a wide range of options, explaining the pros and cons for my setup.
What really set Jacqui and Therese apart was their response when a delivery from Spain fell through (completely outside their control). They were on top of communication from the start and pushed hard to get a fast solution.
Thoroughly recommend the Tralee store — don’t pass it by 🙂

Tubs & Tiles Navan. Got delivery of bathroom fittings, including shower tray. Plumber noticed a hairline crack in tray when installing. Panic stations ! I called Navan and explained the problem. Sorcha found a tray in the warehouse, I went over to pick it up - she even helped me load it. Said she'd deal with the paperwork, and I was in and out in 5 mins. Great customer service, and a lovely person to deal with. More than happy to deal with them again.

Tubes and tiles in athlone..had an issue with a piece of bathroom furniture that i had bought 6 months previous and siobhain coukd not be anymore helpful..great service with great staff...5 stars all the way from me...Mark mc 👌😃

My partner has ordered bathroom tiles as well as fixtures and fittings from this company, seriously bad customer service. Long wait for items, no delivery, and no communication from the shop. Tradesmen waiting for items so they can complete their work, and this is having a knocking to other people who are waiting on them. How does it take 5 weeks to get items to Sligo from Athlone? Steer clear of this company if you want an easy life.

2 VERY WELL DRESSED LADIES AND COATED IN MAKEUP IGNORED ME, ONE LADY DECIDE HER CALL ON HER PHONE WAS MORE AMUSING THAT THE PROSPECT OF MAKING A SALE.
The 2nd "Sales Assistant" barked at me when I asked a simple question. I have quite a bit of stuff to buy this year, will never consider these lovely ladies ever again. Would not recommend them to anyone, was very disappointed!!

New build and dealt with John and Michelle in Tubs and Tiles in Galway. They were so helpful and informative when making our decisions and when we had issues, mistakes on our part, they were as helpful and tried to accommodate us as best they could. We are very grateful.

Had an disaster of an experience dealing with Tubs & Tiles Limerick on a recent home renovation. I rarely leave negative reviews (almost all of my other reviews are 5*). We sourced tiles and bathroom ware from them, totalling €12k+, and had nothing but issues. After being charged for delivery & told in no undertain terms that there was no way that a delivery charge could be waived for any order size (I would have thought that a 12k+ order would qualify), I ended up having to pick up most of the order myself as various components got "lost" in stores. I had to make countless trips to collect missing parts of the order, with a plumber and tiler waiting at home for items that I was guaranteed should have been delivered days before. At one stage, I was told that a truck had left the stores area in Limerick without dropping my items off, and was on the way to Cork. They rang ahead to ask the truck to wait at their partner, Heatmerchants (which it would have passed on the road out of Lmerick to Cork), but that I would have to go and collect the items myself if I needed them that day (I was told that I would defintely have them the previous week) - shower doors, toilet cisterns - not items that can be easily collected in a car, hence needing them to be delivered. Absolutely farcical and showing a complete disregard for customers. Incorrect flush mechanisms for the toilets, a faulty leaking bath mixer (which they replaced but again, an indicator of poor quality, and which I had to collect, and get my plumber to come back to remove the faulty one and reinstall the new one). I could go on. They were changing IT system at the time, but that doesn't explain much of the human-caused disorganisation. We used them for a previous bathroom renovation 10/12 years ago & were very happy with them, but they have gone way downhill since in terms of service and product quality.

Just picked my order up from T&T today. I was met with what I can only describe with abject apathy towards me, no greeting or smile, just a hollow stare. The order for collect was of course scattered around their adjacent warehouse and was incomplete. They needed to run next door to Heat Mearchants to retrieve a item which was missing. I had to wait 5 minutes just to get a receipt, which I had to ask for. Zero customer service from the three people on the desk, which showed no interest in me. On top of that once I returned home, I discovered the order was incorrect. When I called, again total disinterest in dealing with the issue and no apology for the inconvenience caused. They then deferred me to Heat Merchants, who is there sister company, online orders are treated differently I was told, so I had to follow up myself separately. I had to ask for a contact, he said you can "try this person", I don't want to try I was a contact and get this resolved. He told me the item that was incorrect was not in stock and I'd have to wait three weeks, assuming the contact I was trying is able to help me and will respond. Its difficult to rate the customer service, because I didn't get any, I have to give one star, but in reality it is zero. I will never shop here again. Ever! Sandyford T&T is very poor service, they get your order and money then treat you like dirt.

We recently completed a bathroom upgrade, consisting of main bathroom, en suite, and downstairs toilet. Having spent about a year visiting potential suppliers, with conflicting advice from many, we visited Tubs and Tiles in Navan. Suzanne was the person who looked after us, and for the first time, we felt that we were getting good, practical advice. Suzanne recommended the best way to decide on finishes, and offered high quality products that would last a lifetime. She recommended an excellent contractor in Harry, who turned out to be not only meticulous in his workmanship, but a pleasure to work with. As with any project, a couple of minor changes were needed here and there, and both Suzanne and Harry communicated with each other, and with us, to make sure everything worked out perfectly. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Tubs and Tiles in Navan, and in particular, Suzanne, as an excellent company to deal with.

Ann was exceptional she was so helpful, kind and has a wealth of experience when recommending all the items that were required. She ordered everything so efficiently and made sure all items were delivered in the required time frame. I would highly recommend dealing with Ann Fahy at Tubs and Tiles Galway. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a very smooth and easy one.

I recently embarked on a much needed renovation of my bathroom and en-suite and on recommendation I contacted the Athlone branch for advise. From the time I engaged with Imelda I cannot say enough about the advise, suggestions and the good humour I received. She is out in her own with detailed communication and gave clear steps about cost , delivery, terms and conditions and also date of delivery which arrived exactly at time agreed. I am absolutely delighted with the end result and would highly recommend dealing with Imelda as she took all the hard work out of our decisions and our interactions with her were never rushed. She communicated with the tiler when necessary and they worked out any changes as needed. Overall a very positive experience

I am trying to exchange a radiator that I bought 2 weeks ago into a bigger one. Which means paying more money. But Tubes and Tiles refuses to do it. Radiator was not used, all in perfect condition and order. Defenetly not coming back here when renovating my bigger bathroom. Avoid them!

We were dealing in Tralee with the wonderful Stephen who went above and beyond to design our dream bathroom. His knowledge is excellent with suggestions encompassing a balance of quality as well as keeping to our budget. Look no further he is a pleasure to deal with.

We have been dealing with Tubs & Tiles in Tralee for the past few months with the installation of our new bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the products and service we received. The showroom is really well organised, making it easy to find inspiration. We are delighted with the quality of the products we purchased. Each item we bought is perfect and has really transformed our space.

A huge part of our positive experience was thanks to Jacqui, the manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us create our perfect space. Jacqui’s guidance on materials, design, and functionality made a world of difference in our planning process. She answered all of our questions with patience and gave us practical insights that we hadn’t considered before. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers' satisfaction.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom or simply seeking inspiration.

Sligo - I like this store, people are very helpful too.
BUT they close for lunch from 1-2pm!
In this day and age and for such a notational company this is very old fashioned. I only get an hour for my lunch and its 1-2! I stagger my lunch so that there is always someone in the shop, its no problem, Perhaps Sligo can do this too????
