Im very impressed by the performance, communication and presentation of these aids and the price is fantastic. I would have given 5 stars but for the little screwdriver for changing the volume...I dont like that.

A constant background hiss/crackle is rather disturbing.Being new to such devices I don't know if this is normal or not.

Hearing is much better (for my husband) but the unit is too large to fit securely in his ears

Generally these aids are good value . But for some reason they are not good on sound from the TV. Also wish they were not so prominently on view from the side .Just my judgement at the moment .

For once I could hear what was being said to me, also the TV was very clear and my wife was happy because she could turn it down.

Had a set before but 1 stopped working so brought a new set

Only had the things for one day but I have to say I’m pretty impressed, delivery was fast, I git them out of the box, put them in my ears and, hey presto, I could hear, loud and clear !! Fantastic value for money too!! Thank you to everyone at Clarity Pro, so far anyway, I’m very happy 😁👍

I have very small ear canals and just about getting them to work.

It's early days yet as only received my hearing aids 3 days ago ,there taking some getting used to but so far all positive.

Amplification on left ear ok not enough on right ear.
Whistling in right ear as domes provided don’t fit correctly. Volume control poor because of need to remove aid to adjust with a screwdriver. Charging seems to work well with handy portable charging station. Ok for
TV, not good for groups of people and background noise.

My order came quicker than expected. Best of all. Now I can hear again. 🙂

Cost effective solution to alleviate ongoing hearing deterioration. Comfortable, easy to operate and most importantly the hearing devices actually allow me to hear individuals speaking to me in a noisy environment.

Still getting use to wearing them
I use them at work able too hear my colleagues more clearly, I work in a garage and find them quite loud when someone is banging metal with sledge hammer , or dropping something
They are comfortable to wear
I found them to be good value for money and definitely would recommend to friends and family in fact one of my friends has already bought a pair for her mother .
Delivery was good quality is great and the price is excellent for me as I’m a low paid worker
Haven’t check on line for for parts ie rubber grommet replacements so a email address would be handy
