Update following reply from WHICH: - Thank you for confirming that the trader, E A MOBILITY cannot be trusted.
They can call me a liar but NOT MY WIFE. The installer, the office lady and the manager ( Stuart) were all asked about weekend working and they all answered "we don't work weekends" The manager even asked where we got that information from, so I told him where it was in the contract and he told me HE WROTE THE CONTRACT. It was important that they finished the work in the 4/5 days agreed so my disabled wife had her shower room and working weekends sealed the deal for us to use them. there was no being misled by the information in the contract.
I had reason to make a complaint to WHICH about one of it's traders. The trader had misleading claims in it's sales brochure and worse, false clauses in it's contract which encouraged us to hire the trader to do our bathroom. We later found out the claims were not true and the clause in the contract was known to be false by the Installer, Office lady and even the Manager who wrote the contract.
WHICH are supposed to investigate the complaint but you are not allowed to know what they ask of the Trader and what the outcome of the investigation is, this seams strange as if you don't like the outcome, you are supposed to be able to use their dispute resolution service to help resolve the complaint. How can you if you don't know what to complain about.
You are allowed to complain about WHICH to WHICH themselves and they will investigate themselves but based on the above you really wouldn't hold out much faith in them.
Based on my experience, I would never rely on WHICH'S site to check a trader and moreover, if the trader had the WHICH logo on it's site I would be more likely to steer clear of that trader and look to local opinions and referrals instead.

We understand that you feel misled by the trader relating to working weekends. The business confirmed they can work weekends, but this is an exception, not the norm.

Where appropriate, Which? can and do suspend endorsements, and can terminate business endorsements if we are aware of a breach of contract or if the companies do not uphold Which? 's high standard.

We got there in the end!
We got there in the end, however we did find the process a little in-personal at times. When we were on track, things were great but if there was a delay in anything, it became a little tricky to manage and we felt awkwardly pressured to provide things imminently and if that then wasn't possible, there would be the threat of withdrawing our application which didn't feel particularly cohesive and did make us question whether to pursue on a few ocassions.

I contacted Which Trusted Traders as I…
I contacted Which Trusted Traders as I was having major issues building a conservatory with a company called Solarframe who is one of there well advertised Trusted Traders.
My case number was Case 00142815.
I was dealt with by Nathan who at first said the right things but after that told me I would get compensation for year of anguish and depression caused by there trusted trader who in fact employs cowboys to do the work.
From August to September I had ok communication but at end of build nothing as nothing since.
I presume the fact of the matter is that Solarframe pay Which Trusted trader for the emblems in there company material but I am just having to pay £31,500 of shite product at the end of it.
Frankly Nathan needs sacking and Which needs to look after customer needs.
Since submitting this review I have found the building I have paid such a lot for has failed building regulations . So back to fighting alone .
Also the excuse that they missed my last email is poor work management by Which Trusted trader staff.
Also yes I will be in contact again soon re compensation as no conservatory build should take a year to complete.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you feel that your complaint wasn’t handled well. I have reviewed the case and can see that Nathan arranged for the trader to return to complete the work. Nathan advised you that it would be beneficial for you to get the work completed and then discuss whether compensation was appropriate once the work was complete. A plan and timetable were put in place for the snagging and remedial work to be carried out. I can see that you sent an email to Nathan on the 17th of October advising that the work had been completed and the trader had not offered any compensation. Unfortunately, this email was missed. If you would like to discuss your complaint further including seeking compensation from the trader, please contact Which? Trusted Traders and we can discuss this and the next steps with you.

S NASH ROOFING Ltd. We booked this company to carry out repairs to a chimney stack. He inspected the stack and provided a competitive quote the following day. An estimated 3 week start time was given and they arrived within the specified time. The issues identified were shown previously using picture taken at inspection as were the completed works. He completed in good time and left the site in a clean condition, he also stated that the roof looked in a good state of repair, which helps remove any further worries.
I would fully recommend this company and have no qualms in booking them again. Thanks,

Very supportive but Thorough
Molly was very well informed and kept enough pressure on me to get the accreditation completed. Without being a pain! A true asset to Which? I feel like the Which assessment is deserved as its an intense application process unlike some of the other schemes.

Efficient, professional service
Last week I was locked out of my house. Phoned Trustatrader and Chris Cavanah came to my rescue. He managed to open the door ( with his helper) without destroying the locking mechanism. Price was reasonable that I even offered a tip.
He said I could call him again if I experienced a problem.
