Scam
Scam. They were a kitchen supplier when I placed an order a year and a half ago, they billed, order never came. (ordered in march 2025, this site apparently doesnt let you put an experience that far back)

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT IN THE US AS ADVERTISED AND DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN CALL. THE 800 # ON THE WEBSITE GOES TO SOMEONE TELLING YOU HOW YOU WON A 100 GIFT CARD. SENT ME THE COMPLETELY WRONG ITEM AND SAID I COULD PAY TO SEND IT BACK FOR A PARTIAL REFUND. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE.

Feels like a fake company
I ordered two water bottles that never came. When emailed about it, they said it was delivered and signed for. They could not show me a signature and the delivery company was not any major company. The updates were extremely vague and generic. Then they said they would send a refund. There keep being “errors” and I still have no refund.

Scam!!
I asked at the 2 week mark when I should expect my order. They said that it shipped but didn’t have the tracking number? I continued to email and then they said it hasn’t shipped yet. They can’t provide a tracking number and won’t issue a return. Scam!!!

No item, no refund.
Never received the item. Many back and forth emails promising a refund, which never happened. Have opened a Visa dispute with my bank.
Update - Visa refunded the amount.
