I'm Gerardo Peters, first time that I work with true carriers, and Darren was very responsible of all , I'm happy with the shipping, fast and reasonable price, I recommend for everyone.

Alex was very helpful and knew how important my car was to me & time frame to move it.
He had the carrier at my house by 6:30am, Marcin was the driver and he went out of his way to make sure the car was taken care of and delivered in perfect condition!!!

My experience working with Mark was positive, but I didn't understand at the time the actual driver/carrier was not part of their company. Their customer service was poor and Truecarriers should take that in mind when referring other customers to them in the future. Thank you Mark for your part in the process.

My overall experience was great. My shipping agent was Mark, he was very patient with me throughout this whole process. He quoted me for $800 to ship my car from VA to TX and he actually honored the quote. There was no practice of “bait and switch”. I was sooooo sooooo nervous the entire time because I had read online and saw many horrible incidents where the agents would give people a low price quote, then on the date of the shipping, they tried to charge another $300-$400. There were also complaints about drivers who tried to ask for more money when they delivered the cars. However, for me, both Mark and the driver honored the quote. They didn’t ask me for more money. Mark was also patient. I was reading through the contract and needed to ask questions several times in the same hour, he called me promptly to explain all the questions that I had. I signed the contract very late on Thursday afternoon yet Mark was able to get me the driver the next day. I was very surprised. The truck driver showed up on time in the morning and quickly loaded my car onto his truck. And Saturday night, the driver sent me a text saying he would deliver my car next day between 10 am and noon. He came at noon as expected and quickly unloaded my car. My car was intact. I was so happy when I received it. Everything had gone well for me. If you are looking around, try contact Mark. He was prompt, patient, helpful, professional and kept his words.

SCAM! Do NOT give them your information. I entered in my information into their website for a quote and immediately (as soon as I hit enter) started receiving spam texts, calls, and emails from random phone numbers and "transport companies" with offers that are obviously too good to be true. I know it had to be this website because it was the only quote for auto shippers I have requested in about a week and the spam started immediately after!

Mark Coleman made finding a shipper for my dirt bike fast easy and within my budget we spoke on a Friday the bike was picked up Saturday morning. Mark was quick to answer the phone and return my text messages when i had questions about the ETA. I would recommend Mark at True Carriers to anyone needing a vehicle shipped

Truecarriers were my 2nd choice but became my 1st and best choice for shipping my daughter’s car. I was a return customer for the other company but it was not working out as planned and Truecarriers, Mark answered the call and was able stay with the original plan for a slightly higher but agreeable rate. He was kind, professional and informative on all of our correspondences. I would recommend and personally use this company again in the future.

Great communication and customer service. The carrier they matched me with went above and beyond to tow my 5th wheel Carri Lite camper. He was very patient and persistent! Managed to get the camper into a very narrow and difficult spot, which took a lot of skill and experience. I’m very satisfied and will use them in the future.

BAIT AND SWITCH, FRAUD AND LIES
This is a company that openly admits to hiring uninsured, non commercially licensed drivers. They will take your money, lie to you at every step and then play dumb.
It began with the price going from 825 to 1400…if that wasn’t bad enough I paid with a credit card and understood, even asked, if that is where it will all be billed….get to the destination and the driver is demanding cash. Tried calling the broker on a Saturday, left voicemail, sent texts sent email…zilch. Paid driver the max allowable withdrawal from an out of town atm and told him to come back tomorrow. Driver’s boss is calling for no release of RV…still calling and still no answer- nobody told me or I don’t recall…even the driver admitted that he should have said something…to top it all off my RV w knows who to contact regarding a claim and the broker still doesn’t respond. An absolute 100% mess!
Asked repeatedly for a BOL or INS information from the driver Timothy Williams or Jason Gloecker (Broker) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and here on Thursday I get a message from Jason saying that he’s “working on getting a bill of lading…” didn’t happen.
Turns out the Insurance on the driver is bogus- policy # given by True Carriers broker Jason : CA00543549 is listed to a GMC sierra while the Dodge Truck Texas plate #PYG3098 with Timothy Williams as driver, was the one that drove and had the accident. When I called the insurance company they told me that the driver/company had only reported the fence post as being damaged and not the trailer as well as the fact that the vehicle/trailer in question were not mentioned at all nor covered by any policy with Progressive.Universal Carriers is the company DOT # 3978736…SCAM NO DUE DILLIGENCE
Filed a complaint with DOT on the broker, carrier and driver…
The more I dig the more I find…Iryna Tashbaeva is listed as the owner at 3030 N. ROCKY POINT DR. STE 150A TAMPA, FL 33607- this is a front/fake business address…like a place you get P.O. Boxes…so it appears that the business has a couple alies…Have REPEATEDLY asked to speak with this person…, Iryna lives in New York.
I included a picture of the drivers vehicle that was used to deliver and damage my RV. According to Progressive Ins. They have no record of the driver nor the vehicle on the policy truck isn’t registered…
The dodge Truck is registered to Jennifer Horton of El Paso, TX. Someone Timothy duped evidently.
Have continued to attempt to work with True Carriers/Jason Gloecker and his choice of carriers Universal Transport- Jason has proven pretty useless. His justification for why he chose said company was some “glowing” review of the carrier…however, when I go and look at SAFER this carrier has multiple violations and shutdowns in the past year…Due diligence is lacking here again. Jason has also done nothing substantive to correct the damage to my trailer other than forwarding my complaints/info to the carrier and exposing more of True Carriers lies. The same carrier that lies about the damage, the vehicle and the driver…Only a fool would expect a result from this.
I wouldn’t trust these guys to move a garbage can across my driveway without screwing it up. If you value your property, money and sanity go with a different broker. Did I mention that Mr. Gloecker admitted to not vetting drivers/companies/insurance…I’ve included that text below. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Jason said to send him the bill/estimate and that he would have it fixed. He never did…They’ll talk about a legal document and not follow it. No due diligence from this company. The owners son also took to leaving harassing messages on my machine at strange hours…Serioiusly, Stay AWAY.
