They gave quote, for $900. Waited four days they called me and told me that they were going to raise the price by $2400 making the price $3400dollars absolutely outrageous.Then, they charge my card $155 for a convenience fee beware very unworthy company

Right on time and quick delivery to destination

There was a total lack of communication from the driver. Messages from Monarch stated I would be notified when it was picked up and get ongoing status updates. I never knew when it was picked up or even if it was picked up. Had no idea what was going on until a day after it was supposed to be delivered and it just showed up. And with a dead battery.

All the Monarch team was always very helpful but the drivers weren’t first driver apparently cancelled last minute with no warning or explanation the driver that actually made the trip didn’t seem to speak English and I had to call him for a pick up time and i had too call him to see if he delivered and my seat was on the floor of the side by side and when I asked him what happened he replied everything was delivered correctly but that was clearly not the case and he has yet to answer me after that.

I contacted Monarch based on a Google search without knowing of the company. They quickly responded with a quote which was competitive with others. I was contacted quickly to see if I had any questions. The bid went out and awarded. Monarch verified the insurance coverage. The vehicle was picked up on time and arrived as expected in two days. I have only positive things to say about my experience.

I had unlimited help getting a quote and then couldn’t get a hold of anyone as my car took far longer than planned. The company contracted was very difficult to get in contact with as well and didn’t speak a ton of English. I double checked in the quote to make sure it wouldn’t jump up when I paid and then monarch raised it 400$ because they said the contracted company ultimately decides the price. Gratefully my car made it but the communication from monarch was very poor after they got paid.

Car was picked up late and the price I was charged was $800 more than quoted.

Great service! The staff was very helpful. Got my bike picked up and delivered fast and on time. I recommend Monarch.

I was given a quote of 579 with a message stating I wouldn’t be no extra fees no extra tax once I booked I was told it would earliest Sunday pick I still expected maybe Monday but instead got it Tuesday and luckily I was able to get a job Monday and not miss my interview Tuesday but the worst part was I was charged 823 instead of 579 and then the carrier said since I packed clothes in my car it would be 200 more dollars . I only chose this company because U-Haul was charging me 1,000 to rent a truck and attachments to transport my own car and I ended paying monarch 1000 plus the rental truck I got thinking I was saving money if your a business hold your word don’t sucker people only reason I still paid was because I no choice my car was in Indiana and I moved Alabama thinking everything was ok so no choice but negative zero for this company

Monarch themselves were terrific, the driver hired not so much…but it arrived and thats what matters

We picked the bike up one day late, but showed up one day early, which worked out very professional very courteous. Bike is in perfect condition.

Found you online, placed the order with Ariel. Vehicle delivered in 2 days. Amazing! Company Rep easy to work with, online documents and payment method easy. Will definitely use your company again.

If you are thinking of using this company, run. As like many other reviews, company only wants your deposit, and then communication and service stop. Never communicated with us when delivery of vehicle didn't happen. Couldn't get any answers. Original delivery driver never made contact, decided unit was more than he wanted to drive, but as it turns out, for $600 dollars more (after original quote had already been increased), he would do it. Monarch never responded to any questions/requests. And of course, is not refunding deposit of $300 for services NOT rendered!!!

Everything was good, driver arrived when he said he would, delivered a day earlier then they predicted , price was higher then expected but service was a good experience

I had scheduled a transport of my vehicle from Florida to Michigan and when it came time to pick up the car they stated that they were still looking for a driver! I questioned how could they have scheduled the pickup if they did not have a driver available? I was told that they were working on it and would keep me updated which they did not. We had to leave the following morning so it was imperative that the car be picked up on the day we had scheduled. Well we never heard from Sabrina and left for Michigan without anyone contacting us or the car being picked up. We finally received a call days later, once we were already up in Michigan from someone at the company to apologize. Which was meaningless as the car was still in Florida and not in Michigan with us. Horrible company, horrible service and they charged us the deposit even though it was their fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have read all the reviews as people had the same experience with them. Once again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would literally give zero stars if possible. They underbid the quote and no carriers would touch it. I had to get somewhere for a job and thank God I found somebody on my own. I even told them that I felt that they had underbid and they decided that no that was correct. It's almost as though they underbid it because all they care about is the cancellation fee which no one mentioned to me. When I tried to contact them repeatedly to cancel, no one ever called me back. They just tried to charge my card. Run. Don't walk!

I scheduled a pickup and got it in 7 days. The driver Alexander G was a hard worker. He securely loaded my Harley-Davidson Touring Bike. He delivered on time.
Driver kept in touch every day on the way with a picture. My Harley-Davidson arrived without damage in perfect order.

Not a very honorable company. I signed up online for transport of a vehicle in 2 weeks and in the fine print it stated that I would be charged a fee to change my pick-up/delivery date once a provider was secured. Within an hour, I had received multiple quotes from other companies and I realized that this company was way over priced. I immediately contacted Ariel and asked if they could price match or I would like to cancel. She advised that I might be charged a fee. No provider had been secured, so I advised her that I wanted to cancel. This entire process occurred over a couple of hours and I received an email advising me that the order had been cancelled along with a receipt that showed they charged me $149 plus tax for a contract that was never processed or fulfilled—-no provider was ever secured or contracted. So beware buyers in dealing with this company, they are definitely not gracious and are over priced!

Arranged transport through Monarch! They lied about everything! First said would not charge deposit until truck was dispatched. Dispatched truck and charged my card. Next day said driver broke down and looking for a new driver! Never heard from them again except texting saying looking for a driver!! Price went from $800 to &1200 and still no action after two weeks! I canceled because of time restraint and they said they would return my deposit! They lied! Disputed through my credit card and Monarch lied to them! I will be disputing this in small claims court! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS! Should be shut down!
