Charly did a great job excellent communication

Charlie Diaz did a great job of communicating start to finish and in between. We needed our camper moved from mid south Florida to Waco, Texas. Our only hiccup was we were told by dispatch it was going to be on sight the next day. Over 20 hours to complete the journey non-stop. Pick-up Thursday, deliver on Friday. Saturday is 4th of July. OK we thought driver wanted the 4th off. Who by the way did not speak English. We hooked him up an sent him down the road. Now in order to meet him we needed to go so he would not need to wait on us. We took off an didn't look back. I don't usually drive that many hours, but I needed to get there to meet driver. 8 a.m.we got in an called, only to find out driver got tired an needed to rest, an that is what it should be. No problem with that. I would have liked a heads up that I didn't need to put up over 20 hours on the road myself. Our first time hiring someone to haul for us, an in the end it turned out good, delivery of camper in same condition as it left us. Driver was professional an polite, thank goodness for translating app.

Charlie worked diligently and efficiently to find a driver for our boat. Cesar the man who delivered the boat was on time, polite and very helpful in parking the boat (the driveway is very tight and he nailed it)

I was skeptical because I had never transported anything before but he did everything pretty much he said he would do and texted many times about my concerns initially. It took a few days to get a pick up but had good communication the whole time. When my Rv was picked up he checked on how it was going etc. Would use certainly use again and recommend. I recently had to ship a car for the first time across the country, and Charlie at TrueCarriers came highly recommended by a good friend. I must say he surpassed all expectations and delivered a truly white glove end-to-end experience that made me feel comfortable shipping one of my most prized possessions.
