I ordered a radiator for my semi truck and it arrived damaged. I got hassled. Truckid insisted on photos of the damaged for which I submitted but I still got the the runaround. It as of this report it has taken a week and I and waiting for UPS to pickup the item and return it to the manufacturer. I will report when I finaly get my refund.

Every order I have made has been very pleasing. The products arrive in a timely manner, their customer service is excellent, and the manufacturers that they represent has been reliable and trustworthy. I haven’t gotten anything from anyone that was bad quality, or less than what it was made up to be.

Great Service
I was looking for a Betts light replacement and wasn't sure if what I found on line would work. The person helping me went out of their way to check and make sure it would work. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I received the order within a couple of days which was great. It worked perfectly and we were able to complete our job. It is wonderful to have someone who listens and helps without acting like we are imposing on their time. I would highly recommend this company. I will not hesitate in calling when I need another part.
