Don't trust them!! They are very misleading on there website. If you order something it will most definitely be out of order even though it states that its in stocks! Then they won't even tell you.

I ordered a coolant reservoir for my 2014 Freightliner Cascadia and upon receiving it I open the box and the coolant level sensor was broke and laying in the box. I called customer service and was told they would make a damage report...that would take 5 to 7 days for someone to review. I chocked it up and bought a new sensor at an auto parts store close to me. The next day I remove the old reservoir and bolt the new one in place and when I went to put one of the hoses on I noticed a Crack all the way around the nipple. I called customer service once again to be told I couldn't get a refund or replacement because I had installed it. However, they were nice enough to offer me a chance to purchase another one. These people are peddling garbage parts and aren't willing to stand behind what they sell. I talked to the same female both times I called and could barely understand a word she said because her English was terrible. If you want quality parts that the seller stands behind don't buy anything from this worthless company. I didn't want to rate this company 1 star...but there was nothing lower

I bought the "Big Easy w/Wedge..... I live in Rural Hawaii and it would have cost me $300 for a locksmith to come and open the door of my Subaru... Shipping only took 3 Days.... Once the tool arrived it took me 2 minutes to open the door.... Awesome Thanx!

Worst experience with online merchant ever terrible customer service. Barely accepted a return for an item I ordered that was not even touched. Then wouldn’t give me full refund, stray from here if you can.

Website says that" order will be shipped in 24hours" and that they are based in the USA. Well not really. Seems like yes they may have a warehouse or something that's located in Florida, however there "shipment" come from some where outside the US. I agree the second customer service rep that I spoke to has very poor etiquette. Not happy.

The description of the item that I bought said that I supposed to receive 2 Items and I only received 1, one I call to make my reclaimed they told me that I was a mistake from the person that run the website and they cannot make nothing for me.
I was waiting 2 parts for fixing my truck and now I only have one and now I’m waiting for the second part that I have to buy it again. So the costumer service is not the best one.

This was my first purchase from TruckiD and it was a horrible experience. The product shipped and was delayed by 6 days! I purchased a radiator and the packaging was not adequate enough for an item this large and heavy so the item arrived damaged! TruckiD customer service is beyond terrible. Shop somewhere else!

I would not recommend this company. K made an order for 4 tube speaker box. In the email they sent me stated item shipped I check ups they have not receieved the items. I called truck ID support. They said I have to wait a day because they have to ask the warehouse. Thats weird. When they have computer. Maybe they are sending a person over. However I feel I have been scamed....so pissed at the misleading amd in consistent message.
Never again and not recommending this company. They taken my money and they have no answer as to where my items are.

New update now its saying in transit but truckid has to call the manifacture.which if shipped you would think truckid gets that info.. so now they alo put in a request to return by customer request. Terrible
I placed an order through their website on Tuesday. When checking out the site stated it would be delivered on Wednesday. As soon as I clicked on pay now and the payment was complete I was taken to a page showing the completed sale and a banner now stating that due to Covid-19 there will be delays in shipping of items.
After a couple of phone calls to customer service I was told the item had shipped and would arrive on Wednesday.
Now it's Friday night and the item still hasn't arrived and according to UPS won't be here until Monday. Long after I need it for a customers car.
Never again will I buy from this company and hopefully this others will heed my warning.

sad I never thought I would do this, they advertise false delivery dates. They did not ship my order and when I called they said the product was out of stock after taking my money. I am disappointed.
