I'd rate it less than a 1 if I could

I'd rate it less than a 1 if I could. The medals came in, and while the images online show a gold medal with just a little patina/antiquing, these came in completely blackened by patina, with no gold showing through at all. I tried to get help from customer service, who said what amounts to "Too bad, so sad." Not impressed. Will be looking for a different company for future medal purchases

Quality trophy!!

What a nice trophy! We just wanted yo give our grandson recognition for getting the game ball from the coach after a hard game. The trophy was better than I expected! It holds the ball and is a reminder from a special time. It’s certainly not flimsy! I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the trophy for the price paid!

Their selection is terrific

Their selection is terrific, and the customization offers are great. I ordered three trophies for my granddaughters. They each came carefully wrapped and packaged. I can't wait to present them with their trophies.

Not what I expected

There was a silver boarder put around the trophy name plate that I did not request and was not shown in the picture of in the description. I now have to hope that the group trophy that my child's name plate is going on will not be rejected.
