Acrylic medals are cheaply made
You never keep the glitter paw medals in stock except for the "acrylic " ones which even though you charge twice as much, are cheap replicas if the real medals.
You drag your feet on shipping that you charge overnight prices for snail mail service.
You don't have the capacity to let the customer reorder their previous order. You don't offer phone customer service to reorder or place orders.
In short, you are the reason I am shopping elsewhere for quality products.

From start to finish everything was handled so quickly and efficiently! Once I placed the order with engraving, it was shipped out just a few days later.
The acrylic piston trophy/award is a retirement gift for our retiring auto tech teacher. I was amazed at the top tier quality of the piece. It looks and feels like glass. The gift box is also exquisite.
It's a surprise and I am very certain he'll absolutely love it!
