Wrong info on some of the plaques

Well I just opened up the box and noticed that all 16 plaques are for Mr. independence Place and none are for Miss Independence Place.
The black marble ones are for Mr and the white ones should have been for Miss. I looked back at the original order that was placed and the 8 white Marble ones were clearly stated on the order for Miss. I have ordered from you for several years with no problems at all with the ordersso I did not open the box until now because again, I've never had a problem with the order being wrong.

I had a hard time with the payment…

I had a hard time with the payment going through the web-site and the customer service rep was helpful, courteous,professional and respectful. Following through with calls and making sure I had her contact information if I needed further assistance. Overall a very good experience. Delivery was on time and the plaques look awesome!

Reliable, dependable, and affordable...perfect trifecta!

We've been ordering our school Spelling Bee medals and trophies from Trophy Depot for ten years and have consistently found them to be QUICK with turnaround time and affordability! Prices have barely increased over the years which brings us back again and again...and we've always received our personalized items within two weeks. Ten years going and we're still happy customers!

Perfection for Years

I order a trophy every year from Trophy Depot and every year it is perfect. I'm not sure what else to say. It's made fast, shipped fast, and packed well so that it is never damaged or scuffed up. Perfect in every way, and has been for 10+ years.
