I had an excellent experience with the support team at Tritek. I encountered a bottleneck where I was incorrectly assigned to the BADA course instead of my actual PMBA programme, which prevented me from completing my pre-assessment.

My experience was great, I had issues with my TDL dashboard , I couldn't access my courses and useful resources.
I just got in contact with devine, the new support for my cohort and in less that 5 minutes the issue was resolved.

I contacted April to help resolve the issue I was facing and it was done swiftly.

April has been great help with assisting and clarifying how I need to work with my teammates and the way in which work needs to be done.

When I’ve had questions about working with my teammates, she has clarified it well and is always getting back to me promptly with directions.

The staff team are well coordinated and very helpful , they make the whole onboarding process so simple that a layman will surely understand it. I will surely recommend them.

It’s been a good experience so far and also been able to get a prompt responses from my cohort manager about any questions I have.

I have a negative experience with this organisation, and here's why:

I paid for one of the training sessions they offer, but upon receiving the timetable, I realised it did not align with my established routine, so I decided to withdraw from the program and immediately requested a refund. However, when I submitted my refund request, I was informed that it would take thirty days to process. Of course, I had no choice but to agree to this timeline.

Today is the 34th day, and I have still not received my refund. The responses I've received have been that they are working on it.

I was initially frustrated by their lack of flexibility with the course timetable, but this is appalling and needs urgent attention.
