Grreat experience here in Tritek Academy. April my cohort manager has been amazing. she makes learning easy.

The onboarding manager was very helpful considering the fact that there were too many information shared i think she did a great job.

The training is absolutely fine. calm and willing to explain to everyone to get this message. A good trainer i appreciate.

Navigation on the page was seamless and the staff, always attentive and ever willing to listen and hold your hands as required. They've got answers to all questions and always way out of every challenge. Nothing like I've seen before.

Bola was very helpful again in assisting me with finding my project team on basecamp camp and helping me navigate through.
Also, Sammy had been of great help in responding to all my enquiries.

I just wanted to leave a review to appreciate the amazing support I’ve received from Oyebola . She has been incredibly helpful throughout my PMBA training journey. She is always very prompt in responding to requests and questions, and no matter how small the issue may seem, she takes the time to help resolve it.

What I appreciate the most is her willingness to assist, even at odd hours, when I’ve needed urgent guidance. At the beginning of the programme, I was a little anxious about the whole process because it was something new to me. However, over time, through helpful conversations and the consistent support she provided, I began to feel much more at ease and comfortable. She made the learning environment feel very welcoming and her dedication does not go unnoticed. I’m truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the programme. Also The Tutors are Brilliants been Nice going through the ist phase of the process with Israel and Chibuzor, I just look forward to classes because I enjoy how they have made the learning process seem easy and enjoyable .Thank you all for everything you do!

I have now completed my training and moved on phase two of participating in projects. The teaching is structured and the tutors are supportive ... I would like to thank Oyebola personally as she has been an amazing support to me, in every step of the way. She has answered all my queries promptly. Always polite, courteous and respectful. I’ve had an excellent experience with this academy over the past few months. From the very beginning, the training has been well-structured, engaging, and genuinely valuable for my development.

The trainers are a real standout—they’re knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly invested in helping learners succeed. They take the time to explain concepts thoroughly and are always willing to offer extra support when needed, which made a big difference to my confidence and progress.

Communication has also been consistently strong. Any time I’ve reached out via email, I’ve received prompt and helpful responses. It’s clear that the team is organised and committed to supporting students without unnecessary delays.

What impressed me most is how quickly issues are handled. Whether it’s a technical problem or a general query, everything is resolved efficiently and professionally, which creates a smooth and stress-free learning experience.

I had a really positive experience with Tritek. I initially raised a concern about not receiving a follow-up regarding my deferral in the Project Management class, and one of the staff members ( April ) handled it very professionally. She listened carefully, understood my concern, and ensured that I received a prompt response from the relevant team.

I am a student at Tritek academy though challenging, it's been good. Bukola have been of great help to me. I reside in Canada, time zone was quite an issue? I complained about it and Bukola helped resolve it.
