Rick was very helpful with the plans for our trip. Although, I am giving 4 stars, not for Rick, but that I did not get the price I originally had. Overall it was still lower than other sites.

Beware of this travel company! I booked a flight through this agency on 6/14/25 for my travel plan 8/3-8/8/25 for my family of four. I paid this agency a total of $2,156.92 ( $1316.92 went to American Airlines and $840 went to this agency). I was hoping to save money booking my flight almost 2 months before my trip. On 7/28/25 afternoon which is 6 days from my trip, Scott from this agency told me that flight was cancelled by American Airlines!! At this point, all airlines tickets were through the roof! Guess what, I could not even use the money ($2156.92) I paid them. I had to book the flight for my family of four again using my own money ( another close to $3,000)with the flight prices that have gone up because at this point, it was 5 days before my trip. I called this company and American Airlines several times stressed and frustrated but I could not get my money back at that point. This company finally gave me the $840 several days later but at this time I have not gotten back my money ($1316.92) from
American Airlines. AA said that the reason they cancelled the trip was upon reviewing by their security, this company committed a fraud. Not my words but it was from AA supervisor. This company apologized to me several times and even offered to give me a voucher of $150 for future use. I would NOT use this company ever again even if they give me $1,000 worth of voucher. I do not trust this company. You are better off booking directly to your airline of choice or a more well established travel agency. I would not wish what happened to me can happen to anybody. At this point, American Airlines has not refunded my money so my credit card is now working with it. I work hard for my money and I wish I did not waste my money using this company.

I had a smooth interaction with Ben & Rick they were both kind, & knowledgeable. I was able to get my discounted flight with no problem and I would 100% recommend booking with them. Very satisfied thank you for everything.

Emma was wonderful to work with. However, as all the other reviews state you don’t get the price advertised. It was quite a bit higher so I declined since I was able to find cheaper at another airline. Emma came back with a more reasonable price so I accepted because I prefer flying Southwest. Overall good experience.

I booked a flight with tripbookfly. After purchasing ticketvi was notified due to dynamic pricing for flights and a glitch in system i didnt have a ticket. Their solution was to offer tickets which would be 300 dollars morr
