Purchased airline tickets with American Airlines that included seat selection and a carry-on, however Fareodaddy scammed me by telling me the AA tickets were unavailable and wanted to sell me "EQUIVALENT" tickets. When they tried to provide Frontier ticket without a seat selection and without a carry-on, I refused because this is far from "equivalent". Therefore I said I wanted to cancel with their response being a threat and I quote "If you cancel, you can never fly american airlines again" which of course I knew to be BS. He, Pete Brkley, then stated he could give me a seat and a carry-on which raised the total ticket price even more. So now they wanted me to pay more money for a bottom tier airline. It was a total scam because I could have went directly to Frontier and purchased for $160 less direct. DO NOT USE FAREODADDY!!!

Pete BArkley was a huge help in getting my boarding passes to me within minutes. He was also very kind and stayed on the phone until I received the email.

Noah Parker, helped me getting the best deal on the ticket that I needed and the times that I requested.

The representative Noah Parker was excellent in getting to my destination and with the price fare as well.

I called and was told I would either be on standby and no guarantees for the flight and would possibly pay up to $1500 more and offered a one time deal of an increase of $500 That alone sounded like a scam and I told him I needed to make some calls and call him back.. He then proceeded to tell me that if we didn't resolve it right then it would be put on standby automatically and I was ok with that because I knew per the website I had at least 24 hours to cancel with a full refund despite him telling me otherwise. We hung up and within minutes I got an email stating it was on standby and 4 minutes later an email saying the flight was cancelled without a refund!!!! How can they do this... I called an agent and he said it was illegal and told me to call american airlines.. Called and was told without a confirmation number the flight I purchased doesn't exist and they couldn't help and they hung up and straight to a survey. I am just floored that people can do this Fraud and a SCAM!!!

Amy was very helpful. Appreciated her patience and assistance with our trip.

Dustin Henderson was very good at communicating with me and helped me out with the problem I was having with my ticket very kind too told me when he sent me emails so I know to check right away thank you Dustin for helping me a lot! and getting me my plane ticket!

So I booked my flights and 2 hours later Amy from Fareodaddy called me to state that Delta was all booked up and we had to go thru American Airlines and had to end up paying more. Terrible customer service. I should of just gone directly thru the airlines themselves.

Dustin was very patient and thorough. He was very professional as well. I would recommend using Fareodaddy again because the customer service was excellent.

Pete Barkley was very helpful and polite explaining in details about the tickets reservation with the airline.

Like the service. Noah gave me confirmed tickets after all the mess he helped me out with all the confirmation.

Dustin was extremely patient and went through so many obstacles and challenges to make sure I was able to get my flight that I wanted. With issues on both sides delaying the completion of my purchase and verified flight tickets. Dustin had spent roughly 6 hours total within two days being kind and considerate so that the customer myself was satisfied!!!! Thank you to Dustin and I appreciate the amazing experience with this interaction!!!!

Complete scam. DO NOT USE. Booked 4 first class 6 months in advance with Faredaddy, a reprehensive, Amy who claimed to be manager, said flight booked and can change to later flight for $700 more. The thing is later flight was cheaper on their site then one we booked. Would not refund. I cancelled credit card before they could charge. Booked the so called full flight with priceline. And yes, flight not full. Scamers.
