Trio Leasing provided an excellent quote, and Lee kept me fully informed throughout the process, and answered any questions quickly. Excellent service, I would use Trio Leasing again.

I contacted three leasing companies and Lee was the second person to contact me. After a call with Lee, he fully understood my requirement and delivered. All throughout the process right up to the delivery of the car and afterwards, he remained in contact. From 14th November, my new car was delivered 9th December. Great service and would highly recommend Trio Leasing.

BCA are unprofessional, rude and completely unreliable! Shame as it puts a bad mark or feeling on the entire experience.

We are aware of the unfortunate and avoidable delivery issues you experienced via the third party logistics company, that was appointed by the supplying dealer.
We share your disappointment at the level of service provided on the delivery. We have provided feedback to the supplying dealer who appointed the logistics company used. As a result, the dealer has confirmed they will not be using this particular logistics company going forward.

Excellent experience with Trio in leasing a new car. Lee was a fantastic help, knowledgeable and professional with excellent communication skills. I was kept updated throughout the process from order to delivery of the car, nothing was too much trouble! My first experience of private leasing and would highly recommend Trio leasing!
