Please can one of your team reach out to me to explain why you are credit searching me on my maiden name at an old address and immediately those details from your records?

Checking my credit record for no reason
Checking my monthly credit report, I found that this company prodded my account with an "Unrecorded Enquiry".
I'd like to understand why.
