The product is terrible support is not…

The product is terrible support is not exists. This is not a business class product and the company does not provide any useful support.
Our company bought the first device, soon after configuration, the device becomes unavailable on its own WIFI and also from the LAN. The reset procedure did not work, it was not possible to reconfigure the device and use it again. Support did not reply to it.
The seller sent a replacement product that did work on the network but never been able to stream any video files. It should work with VLC (we use VLC with Chromecast many times, this was the only device that did not work). Video streaming was also not possible with the official desktop application. The support did not help.
We have upgraded the firmware and the desktop app to newest version, still no success and the support did not offer help.

The reply below just not true, I received the second and third email which did not help. It just claimed the product as is.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our customer service had sent you the email, but somehow it might be blocked by the mail server.

As for the internet connection issues, it might be a faulty one.

Please accept our apologies for wasting so much of your time. If you could provide more product information, please let us know and we could provide service for you.

Great experience in using EZCast Pro

We have a great experience in using EZCast Pro in our lecture room
EZCast Pro II is brilliant at making our college lecture room a BYOD space.
I can bring my laptop or smartphone and start sharing my lecture notes on the big screen without cables.
It's great!

We upgraded the four meeting rooms in…

We upgraded the four meeting rooms in our office with EZCast Pro II dongles.
Now we can make wireless presentations from smartphones and laptops.
No more HDMI cables for me!
