Prior to purchasing my harvest right large freeze dryer, I spoke with Albert who answered all my questions and gave me some very useful information of what to expect with my freeze dryer. I had been on the fence about ordering before talking with Albert, but he immediately put me at ease. The delivery was on time. Not damaged at all. As expected, there were no duty or tariffs. I have not had time to use it yet, but hope to have time over the holidays.

I have to say that Trimleaf is very responsive. My issue was with the package delivery. It was shipped via Intelcom / Dragonfly. They notified me via email that they could not deliver the package. We are too far out of town. There is no contact phone number to call them so I went to the depot to collect the package. They could not find it. At one point when i tracked the package it said delivered to Circle K. After a few days i went back and they still could not find the package. I did finally receive it but it was a big hassle. It would be helpful if the Trimleaf order page had shipping options (Canada Post, Purolator etc.) Dragonfly had my phone number but no one called me to find out how they should handle the package since they would not deliver to our location.

When checking prices online on several retailers' sites for freeze dryer accessories, I found Trimleaf Canada to be the least expensive for the same brand products. That means very little if the least expensive business has horrible customer service. Trimleaf proved to be outstanding. An item was inadvertently left out of my order, one email later and an apology was extended with the item promptly on it's way to me. Mistakes happen, that's part of life, but it's how those mistakes are addressed that makes a big difference. I definately recommend Trimleaf Canada for their product quality, prices, and service! Thank you Trimleaf/Albert!
