Malgré un petit problème de livraison le personnel s'est empressé de corriger la situation et m'ont contacté pour m'aviser qu'ils s'en occupaient des que possible et ont été très proactif.

Great products! The kits and bundles are very helpful to get you everything you need at a better price. The tray lids are far more helpful then I originally thought, as it really helps when pre-freezing in your freezer (I am sure I am not the only one that finds having 5 level places for the trays a challenge in their freezer 😀) - stack the trays and you are done!
After 8 months of wonderful success FDing vegetables, fruits, camping meals and work lunches I am about to try my first candy!

My experience with TRIMLEAF customer service is most excellent.

The tumbler works great, the only thing is your product must be dry. Cut my trimming time by days.

The entire process was easy. I knew what I wanted and ordered it all and all I had to do was wait for my delivery. I was emailed with my order and emailed the information for my delivery. I was able to track my order easily.
My order arrived today , if I had one concern it would be the straps were loose on my order and we even had the delivery guy say these should be tighter . My order was 3 pkgs that came nicely on a wooden palet( the dryer, the box with the pump and trays etc and I ordered extra trays, oil etc.Trim leaf is a great company and I’d highly recommend them.

ordered sunday late afternoon, arrived tuesday from the flooded mission area, haven't opened the boxes yet not goint use till march but the boxes were in great shaape so i'm sure everthing is good
