Good service, easy to use web site and fast delivery

Albert provided the best customer support and service I've seen in years, quick replies with results. Friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra step to get a few questions answered and extremely patient with my questions about my freeze dryer and it's shipment. Don't sleep on shopping here. :)

Trimleaf has the best prices for freeze dryer bundles. Support is courteous and responsive. The only area for improvement is proactive, automated notification on estimated delivery dates. Information on delivery status is only provided once Harvest Right ships (usually 2 weeks or so after an order). However, if you contact Trimleaf support, they will provide estimates on lead-times any time after an order is placed.

I finally bought a centurian pro and its amazing my first harvest was epic and my CP developed a tumbler squeak I called Customer Service spoke to very helpful Steve who walked me thru the steps I needed to do to adjust it no problem and finished everything in record time.

Albert was fantastic! Needed my machine asap and Albert made it happen! Trimleaf is a great company with great products! Too bad this wasn’t around 20yrs ago!!! Makes trimming by hand a thing of the past! Love my trimmer! ❤️

You had what I was looking for. Unfortunately one item was out of stock, which was bad timing on my part, BUT there was the option of being notified when stock was refilled, which most company websites don't have. I then moved on to buying what else I had wanted, and am very happy with my purchase. Checkout was fast and easy and the delivery time is in a short matter of days, as opposed to some companies delivery wait times. Overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience and excited to get my items. Thank-you!!

Smallest micron rosin bag I could find was 25 micron. And the 25 micron bags I could find were all 9 inches long. I had to buy 15 micron bags in 2x4 from Amazon instead.
Shipping was fast but I now have 90 or so bags I can’t use

Very impressed with customer service; prompt personalized response. Only downside was the feeling my parcel got lost due to a lack of tracking. Perhaps it was because it was after a long weekend/larger than normal volume.
