Stress free.
Polite and helpful receptionists to start with.Solicitors ,Mariana and Harriet very straightforward and helped so much with big and small hurdles. Everthing was managed so professionally with minimum fuss. This made our two house conveyancing stress free, which is what we all desire.

Cannot recommend the Family Team
Worked with the Family Team for over 4 years with a very difficult divorce. This costed me a serious amount of money. Main issue was I constantly struggling to communicate with the Team especially via phone.
I expected to hear options on my situation based on my needs and the evolving challenges ie there are 4 options here , option one, benefits are xxxx , but the downside is xxxx. Didn’t get that , I was always trying to second guess what questions I needed to ask . Not helpful.
The Team was only interested in billing, no empathy at all.
My over all experience is poor , I could have saved £xx,xxx by asking the “right” questions. I found the engagement very poor and for me , very costly & frustrating.

We would only give a 4* grading as, on occasions, we did have to chase and prompt our contacts within the company for information on progress. We had previously moved house 26 years ago so had nothing to compare our current experience with. It took some time to get used to the on-line processes. In the end, all went well with our sale and purchase.
