We recently brought an Acorn straight slimline stairlift from Trent Stairlifts and we have to say we are very impressed with it. It’s a lot better than the Stannah stairlift we had before.

Dan is such a gent, polite and professional. He put me and my Mum straight at ease. He was honest and open about what Mum needed and which would be the most appropriate for mum, her needs and her finances... NO hard sell which was fantastic.

He is reliable, punctual and hardworking. He did a fantastic job removing and taking away our old stairlift and fitting the new one. No damgage to our stairway at all. Cleaned up after too.

We had to call him back out a few weeks later and it was no problem. He came out straight away and although our problem couldn't be sorted there and then he kept working on a solution and kept us informed along the way until it was resolved.

We are over the moon with Dan and Trent stairlifts, we would 100% recommend them to everyone.
Genuine, honest customer service which is very hard to come by these days.

I cannot recommend Dan enough, from the minute he came round to my mums to explain everything & give me a quote, to the day when he came to fit it. I had a reconditioned straight stairlift with a years warranty on it for my mum. Very reasonably priced too. Dan explained everything thoroughly & leaving no mess whatsoever.
