I cannot say enough good things about this company, 5 star +++ in my eyes! From the moment I enquired Dan was fabulous. It had taken us over 2 years to talk my Mum into a stair lift so knew we needed a sensitive, down to earth company with no hard sales tactics. I found Trent Stair lifts online and was instantly impressed with their reviews. Dan came to give us a no obligation quote and instantly put Mum at ease, (“I like him”, she said straight away). He fully explained the options and costs to us and we really liked that they are a family company too. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost and thought it was going to be significantly more! We agreed to go ahead and a date was arranged, no waiting at all and we got a call and message on the day to let us know the time they would arrive. The stair lift was fitted in around an hour and then Dan went through the instructions of how to use with both my Mum and Dad very patiently, a few times actually, getting them both to test it why he was there to ensure they knew how to use it. Prior to this my Mum has slept downstairs for over 2 years in a recliner chair, having this stair lift has opened up the whole house again to her and is literally life changing, I really cannot thank Trent Stair Lifts enough, they don’t just fit these lifts, they are changing peoples lives for the better and we are eternally grateful, thank you so much. X
