This app is a scam. They charge you to convert a file then all of a sudden 3 days later they charge you 49 dollars like you got a subscription. There is no number to call them to dispute so disputing through my financial institution.
if I could say no stars I would! total rip off my transaction was pending when this company reversed the payment of a few pounds and changed it to £46.45 then the bank paid it and nothing I could do apart from dispute the payment with the bank!
I paid £1.45 for a one off e-signature and then they tried to take £46.45 from my account as a subscription which I certainly did not agree to. I didn't receive an email confirmation from them for the £1.45 and no email to say they were taking this £46.45 a complete scam, I'm furious.
I paid a pdf £0.90 then they have charged me for £48.00 saying that I subscribed for a monthly plan .... when ??? I never received any email or anything else, they just trying to steal your money !! Thieves
A empresa EFETUOU uma compra no meu cartão de crédito, SEM MINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO, de forma QUE ENTENDO ser até criminosa, no valor de R$315,06, e outra no valor de R$47,00.E fiz uma compra no site deles no valor de R$3,97, relativa à edição de um PDF foi feita por eles e já cobrada, não efetuei nem autorizei nenhuma compra adicional, assinatura, etc. Solicito que a empresa seja notificada. Notifiquei a instituição bancária, porem nao consegui receber o estorno.Solicito registro desta queixa e resposta da instituição que representa a PDF Charges

I made a one-time conversion of 1 document with a cost of 1.32 USD. Then, it made a monthly charge, saying that I have made a monthly subscription which I didn't, with a cost of 45-46$. This is a super scam. They should be blocked and should not come out in the search engines as a valid site.
