I received a dead tree. When I opened it from the mesh it made an awful mess im my home. I sent a photo and advised your staff. A new tree was offered but it never arrived-I followed up requesting a refund of which I did not hear even get the courtesy of a response. My tree is now in garden waste…4 days before Christmas.

The tree is really crooked and very very bare. Delivery and customer service is on point, but the tree is really ugly unfortunately.

I paid £95 for the worst Christmas tree I have ever seen. The top right and bottom left branches were completely missing so it looked horrendous. I was also expecting it to be erected in my home (that’s why I ordered online) and it was left on my doorstep.

When I emailed asking for a refund, I was ignored.

Will not ever use again.

Could follow exactly where my xmas tree was in London during delivery!

Second year I’ve used tree 2 me. Both trees were great and having it delivered on the day of my choice is great. Highly recommend.

I ordered my Christmas tree from Tree2Me this year as they plant two trees for each one bought and they’re grown in Britain. I couldn’t be happier! The tree arrived on time and was of great quality.

On time, lovely fresh tree delivered by a friendly guy who brought it into the house and took away the netting! Lasting readily well with no needle drop. Will definitely do this again next year - hassle free!

The delivery guy was very odd, dressed like a ninja, left the tree leaning against my door then knocked and walked off, had to call after him to ask him to hold the tree so that I could open my door without it just falling in/at me. Tree itself was fine.

Tree’s from Trees2Me are always gorgeous and this year was no exception. We have used them for the past 3 years now and love to support small business. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is great (very responsive). Minus 1 star as this year they had issues with our delivery which meant they didn’t deliver our tree on our chosen date and I had to work from home to accept the delivery. Last year another issue happened with delivery in regards to timings and poor communication around this. However they were super responsive to fix this and were very responsive in wanting to resolve this asap. Would recommend these beautiful xmas trees. Also competitive pricing with other suppliers.

The tree is nice, but it arrived full of dirt and needles from other trees (because of how it was kept in storage and transported). We had to clean around it for a full week - I’m talking handfuls and handfuls of needles. We considered even throwing it out and getting another tree… Luckily we didn’t, as the tree itself is very cute and keeps well. But we doubt we’ll buy ever again a tree online…

Great service, excellent tree and a very prompt + cheerful delivery. Will definitely use Tree2Me again.

Amazing service and delivery!

Expensive e for its size
Bought due to ease of delivery - to be fair I changed the date in advance and thst interaction was good, but on the day ended up with a tracker that claimed the tree was 1 minute away - for 5 hours! ended up with a 12 hour window commitment only . Originally tracker had said “ by 2pm” so grandchild came after school to decorate it - no tree. Finally arrived at just after 9pm after much trying back and forth to get clarity. There is also supposed to be a chat function till 10pm but it was showing as closed at 7pm. Frankly what was supposed to be easy - became stressful all day and my granddaughter didn’t decorate with me.

Very pleased. Beautiful tree. Quality service. Delivered on time! Going to recommend and use Tree2me again.

This is my second year ordering from Tree2me and I had a great experience. This year's tree is probably the prettiest I've had, it's out of a fairytale. When I had questions about the delivery slot, the team helped me arrange a time that works and kept me continuously updated. Will definitely buy again.

You delivered wrong size tree and was also crooked in pot.

Beautiful tree, healthy and bushy and symmetrical. Delivered to my door on the date that I ordered it for, however, take note that their live tracker is NOT accurate. If you follow their live tracker it might say “5 minutes away” but in reality it’ll be delivered 2 hours later. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the tree I got.
