Don’t risk your Christmas

Tree dropped pines at a rate I’ve never witnessed in 3 decades of tree buying across every commercially available species. Very disappointing. I think they bought them way too early to get a cheaper price and stiffed me. Very very dissappointing.

For the 3rd year in a row I ordered a tree from Tree2me. Good communication, friendly people and timing perfect.

After a few years of using P&N with really bad results we tried Trees2Me this year and could not have been more delighted. The team who delivered the (huge!) tree were careful and thoughtful - and even dusted our windowsill while up the ladder! Tree is the best we’ve ever had.

The ease of online ordering and the delivery service was very good. However, our tree was a bit wonky.

An incredibly lovely, personal and reliable small business! We have been using them for the last 4 years and every year the tree has been incredibly fragrant, lasts more than 30 days and has been fresh for the entire season!

My tree was delivered on time and installed very quickly . The guy brought 480 bulb lights, which was a bit tricky to fit on a 4 and a half foot tree, but now look lovely.
Only slight disappointment: the base is a bit squat, but actually holds the tree firmly and so works. I am too old and infirm now to have a tree in the normal way, and so I’m thrilled with the result.

We’ve used tree2me for a couple of years and have always been really pleased with the service and the product! In fact, this year they out did themselves with the most perfectly shaped tree (Nordman) one could imagine. Plus, 10 days in with no needle drop (full disclosure: we do have it in a stand that holds water).

Two trees in succession were (much) shorter than I’d purchased and had to be returned. I had to cancel a party to decorate them. In the end I went back to christmastreesdelivered.co.uk who have always been excellent (serves me right for trying to save £10). I had to report the charge to the credit card company as Tree2Me haven’t processed a refund.

In addition, the support chat was never answered, delivery tracking didn’t work, and support staff didn’t read emails. Last year the tree didn’t show up on the scheduled day after I’d waited-in until 10pm. I don’t mind a one-off - it wasn’t. Avoid!

We came back from holiday on Saturday 7/12 and immediately ordered a tree to get into the festive spirit. Tree got delivered on Monday 9/12 and tree has barely shed any needles in the first 14 days.

tree was good...the roots were poor....I wanted rooted tree so that I can plant it ,..it has been planted fingers crossed I want that to grow,,,,

Ammazing service, tree stand fits perfectly, the tree itself is gorgeous.
Can only reccoment it to anyone wanting a living tree for xmas. Took 10 minutes to get it ready.

I ordered a tree, garland and wreath- only the tree was delivered and not at the correct time. Excuses were made and tracking information not supplied until many days after they were supposed to have arrived and those showed they were never sent through Royal Mail. I asked for a refund 3x with no reply and finally had to file through my credit card company. The only response was rude and that they would ‘submit evidence’ to my credit card company. After reviewing, the credit card company refunded the charges. Nothing else ever arrived. Terrible experience.

I was really happy with this purchase as the tree I got last year from a different company was very poor. This felt like a proper Christmas, nice and big and bushy. It was a pleasure to direct and I liked that the needles do not drop.
