Beautiful quality tree delivered in the allotted window. We kept it watered and it lasted through the month. Could not have asked for more. Will certainly use again next year.

A beautiful tree and great service & delivery

Tree2Me supplied us with a stunning 12-foot tree that looked incredible and smelled absolutely amazing. The stand was super sturdy, very easy to install, and held water perfectly. The delivery and collection team were helpful, smart, and polite throughout. We were extremely happy with the service and will definitely be using Tree2Me again.

Reliable and efficient!

Don't order from this place unless you enjoy horrible service. Ordered the tree and collection. It was delivered by a yelling man. Tree was muddy, many branches broken. We made do with it. Collection, attempt no.1: they went to completely wrong place, even though they had my correct address, and marked it as failed attempt. I asked for a refund. Customer service pleaded to try collection again at a specific time. I agreed to give them another chance. Attempt no.2: they didn't show up.

At the first attempt your driver did not come down the drive to collect the tree, and when I contacted the company the instinctive reaction was that I should pay £20 extra for a second go. I had to get quite persistent to get a free second collection. I don’t think I should have had to try that hard

The tree was great: fresh, fragrant, symmetrical, well prepared (well, but for one thing: no priming of the stem), lasted 3 weeks with no problems. The delivery was not great, only one person turned up to deliver and install a 7 ft tree (which is a task impossible). The pickup was a disaster: again one person turned up for a 2 persons job, with a huge and dirty bag, sawed the tree in half, loosened the stand screws, pulled it into the bag without checking that the it was out of the stand (result: water spilled everywhere, a complete mess), didn't bother cutting the branches, said he would "drag" the tree out (from the second floor), I had to carry it with him, the tree didn't fit the bag, fixtures and doors were scratched everywhere, a complete mess left all over, took me 30 minutes to clean. So 5 for the tree, 1 for the service, 3 on average.

Great delivery options. Good tree choice. Beautiful tree no needle drop after weeks. Environmental replanting to replace areas of deforestation in the world.

Had a good experience in 2024, but in 2025 the tree was shedding lots from day one (regardless of how we watered it). Also, the pickup date for trees was too early this year (2nd January) with no flexibility so ultimately had to get council to remove.

Amazed by the speed of their customer service - wrote on a Saturday morning and got an answer instantly! They were also very nice and efficient in handling my query.

My experience with Tree2Me was extremely disappointing. My tree collection was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but without any proper notice or explanation, it was suddenly changed to 10:00 PM. That is an unreasonable time for workers to arrive at someone’s home.

What made this worse was the complete lack of communication. I contacted customer service and received no response or follow-up at all. I was left waiting all day with no updates, only delays.

This situation shows poor customer service and a lack of respect for customers’ time. Better communication and more realistic scheduling are absolutely needed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Great tree! Really happy with it

It was the most beautiful Christmas Tree I've ever had. Dark green,soft and smelling of pine until the last day. Perfectly proportioned. It went into the base holder on the first try. Im so sad to take it down.Definintely using this company again. Wish I could post a picture.

They said they collected the tree and sent me a picture of a random front door (not even in my street). My tree is still in front of my door

Great service from start to finish. No fuss delivery to office on time and no issues. Very helpful and friendly staff. Tree was gorgeous and was still in great condition after our office reopened in January. I would highly recommend and will be using again next Christmas.
