I booked a holiday with travel trek
They talked me into booking a different hotel to my original choice, 2 days later the hotel they booked me suddenly became unavailable, tried for 5 days trying to get me another hotel , in the end I had to pay over £300 more to get a different hotel which wasn’t adult only like the original, asked for a swim up room and on arrival we only got a standard double very small room, for upgrade it was an extra £50 per night
Promised a private transfer and got a shared mini bus
I would NEVER EVER use this company again as conned out of money as once they had booked my flights apparently was not refundable ?! As wouldn’t give me a refund, a joke , con artists
Sounds cheap when looking on Cheeky trip but not when you’re conned into paying more money for a different hotel
I’m so disappointed as no one bothered to offer compensation
