Reduced nights, ruined
Whilst discussing my holiday with Maria, we were booking 5 nights, only to get the documents to find only 4 nights were booked, with crap flight times, makes our holiday from 5 nights down to 3 days in spain.....to then receive a phone call saying its my fault and can I count....rude. I trusted Maria, told her everything we required to get a completely different holiday

After using #galaxyholidays to go on holiday with before, having the worst customer service from #dansmith and experience ever, we were apprehensive of using a travel operator again but after reading reviews we decided to try again, using Travel Trek. We don’t travel until July 17th 2024 but up until now, I cannot recommend Joshua Knowles enough. He has gone above and beyond, is extremely informative and polite and has kept me updated every single step towards our upcoming holiday. He is a real gentleman, extremely thoughtful and kind and I wish all operators were like him, I gladly give him 10/10 🌟, thank you, so much Joshua, I hope our holiday is as good as the service you have given us, keep up the good work, you put Dan Smith at Galaxy to shame, he should take a lesson from you, to this day, because of him conning us with alternative flights, we are still £400 out of pocket and still fighting a case. Again, Joshua, thank you so much for everything 🥰🥰
