Couldn't have asked for more!
Benjamin knocked it out of the park! We are the DIY type and never used a travel agent before, so we were kind of skeptical. Ben took the time to ask all the right questions and tweaked the plan based on our feedback until it was perfect (we didn't make it easy on him!). The trip was all we dreamed of and more! I can't recommend this company enough for a once in a lifetime trip.

Karen and Africa Geographic - Exceptional Service
Karen, our agent from Africa Geographic was truly exceptional. The itinerary she put together covering South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana, were at first class lodges, and the experiences at the safaris and river cruises were magical. The staff at the lodges and the drivers and trackers made us feel at home.
Our travel started with a 2 day delay thanks to the weather and the cancellation of our flight from New Jersey! Karen was immediately accessible and almost seamlessly made the changes (cancelations, rebooking, etc.) needed. She prepared detail documentation for our insurance claim and was available even on the weekend.
We would highly recommend Karen and Africa Geographic and will be using her services in a few years when we visit Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda!

Perfect
I have just returned from my third trip organized by Christian . I have gone on safari in Kenya and South Africa and most recently visited Morocco. I wish that all was needed for the review was to say, “perfect “. Christian worked personally with my friend and me to try to understand what it is we hoped to get from our adventure. He had insights and suggestions and ideas. And he did not push in one direction or another. His vast experience is a guide and his enthusiasm were evident right at the beginning of the process. Throughout the trip, he checked in to see if the choices, met expectations and if any changes that are needed. The actual trip to Morocco was seamless. There were no organizational details that fell to us. The selected hotels and experiences were beyond what I could imagine ( and also within my budget). The trip took us to many cities (and the desert). Along the way, as we came to better understand this exquisite country, our requests of what we wanted to do changed. This was very easily facilitated and once again encouraged. Christian works to understand the balance between being guided and wanting to explore on one’s own. Perfect!

Authentic Morocco
I have booked three times with Africa Geographic and once again, Christian put together a phenomenal itinerary. We spent 11 days touring from Marrakech to the desert exploring the country’s vast diverse landscape. Hotels and desert camps were exquisite with excellent food experiencing breathtaking Sahara sunsets as our camel gently tiptoed over the dunes. I thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent art & culture and mostly the kindness of the Moroccan people. I highly recommend this trip. We were 2 ladies traveling alone and Christian made sure we safe by checking in along the way. Thank you Africa Geographic.

Rural Rwanda at the last moment - amazing!
This travel planner and guide experience was exceptional. They organized a compressed, spontaneous personal trip that I tagged onto a business trip at the last moment. They were highly accommodating and the guide/driver was fantastic with his attention to personal details in a very personable fashion. The trip was a wonderful experience and I will use them again in the future for sure.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Leonie Cook
As a solo female traveler from Canada who typically enjoys handling my own planning and bookings, I was initially nervous about letting someone else take the reins for such a significant trip. Adding to my concerns was the fact that I had limited knowledge of the countries I planned to visit (Uganda & Kenya) and the distance I’d be traveling. I had countless questions and different proposals about my trip, and Leonie was always there to answer everything and set my mind at ease.
In today’s world with so many online scams, trusting a company I wasn’t familiar with was daunting. However, it gave me immense comfort knowing that Leonie lived in Kenya and had firsthand experience with many of the destinations she suggested for me.
When it came to pricing, I quickly understood that a lot of behind-the-scenes work and effort goes into creating a seamless safari experience. The team made it all come together effortlessly. I am beyond grateful to Leonie, AG, and all of the incredible people I encountered—guides, rangers, managers, staff, drivers, pilots, and the wonderful locals.
Throughout my trip, I always felt safe, and I could reach out to any team member if I needed assistance. Pick-ups were always punctual, and I was greeted with smiles at every turn. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special.
Lastly, being able to witness the stunning creatures in their natural habitat, so close and personal, was a life-changing experience. It’s something I’ll never forget. I truly had the safari of a lifetime!

Our tour in Masai Mara
Our tour cordinator, Christian prepared a very flexible one week tour in safari to fit our budget. Imagine the difficulty of traveling with four children now that the Japanese yen is so cheap (2/3 of what it was a couple of years ago!). He found such a cozy place (Aruba Camp) for us. Our safari driver and all the staffs at the camp were so nice and we will never forget their hospitality. We love you guys!!!

Amboseli Bird Hide Session
Christian from Africa Geographic Travel organised a 5 day bird hide session near Amboseli National Park specifically to photograph a number of waxbill species. The hide was basic (I was told this in advance) but the number and species that visited the hide was remarkable and all target species-and more - photographed. Nearby Sentrim Resort was fantastic and an excellent choice.

As a photographer I have been interested in wide and hook-lipped (black) rhinos in different conservancies and in meeting some of the last remaining supertuskers in Amboseli etc. My dreams became true.
And at Ol Pejeta Tented Camp in Mara North Conservancy, a special camp for photographers, I had amazing adventures.

Southern highlands of Ethiopia
I had an unusual brief for Christian at Africa Geographic when he phoned me. I wanted to visit two remote locations where my aunt had worked as a nurse 50 years ago. He immediately suggested a means to get there, and I supplied the local contacts.
I achieved my goals, to experience the setting of her work, and to glean fresh insights through interviewing people who knew her.
The company was very efficient and reliable. My husband and I felt safe and cared for in some quite difficult situations, such as roads undergoing roadworks, an almost impassable four-wheel drive track up a mountain, and stomach upsets. Our driver was excellent, and nothing phased him. His insights into the wildlife we passed along the way added to the enjoyment of the journey. He was responsive to our every request.
If you want a personalised safari, I highly recommend them.

Christian did an outstanding job organizing an unforgettable trip for my family and me to South Africa. We began planning our journey only two months prior to our December travel dates, and Christian created an itinerary that far exceeded our expectations.
We enjoyed two incredible safaris over the course of eight nights, which struck the perfect balance between family-friendly (ideal for our kids, ages 10 and 11) and fun experiences for adults. Following the safaris, we spent four nights in Cape Town, soaking in the city’s beauty and culture, before embarking on a breathtaking tour of the Garden Route.

Norther Kruger and Zanzibar organized by Christian Boix
We had another amazing experience with Africa Geographic. Christian Boix was extremely helpful planning our trip to northern Kruger in South Africa. He also helped us to plan a second part of our trip to Mozambique, but when political difficulties in the country seemed likely to interfere with our plans, he and the whole team were extremely proactive in encouraging us to change plans and were able to construct a wonderful itinerary for us at the very last minute to Zanzibar. We were very happy to have had these plans in place. In Kruger we had an amazing, knowledgeable, skilled guide who was always happy to discuss any topic in detail and we enjoyed fantastic accommodations with boardwalk birdwatching and poolside wildlife viewing right along the river, and we were extremely happy. In Zanzibar, Christian helped us to organize some very down to earth cultural excursions which will be strong family memories forever! We loved biking through the villages, learning how to climb coconut palm trees, meeting and chatting with local kids, and we adored our Swahili cooking lesson!

Christian Boix of Africa Geographic was able to design a fantastic, unique and authentic trip understand the theme of primate viewing. It included so much more. Apart from the wonderful itinerary, I found the actual activities and lodging to be very smartly selected and no say failed to provide a wealth of amazing discoveries. I felt safe, loved connecting with the drivers and would never have had the opportunity to connect with the people I did, without using Africa Geographic. All this while having the chance to see golden monkeys, chimpanzees and pied colobus monkeys, as well as mountain AND lowland gorillas – wow!

Africageo started and ended strong
Africageo travel group started and ended strong. Our travel consultant, Nadia, was detailed, responsive and thorough in plans for our recent safari- this is our second with her. The flights from Johannesburg to Madikwe Reserve went ahead without a hitch. The accommodations in Madikwe Hills were impeccable. The rooms were clean, filled with amenities that were a touch above. This is a wonderful lodge with gifted guides and trackers.- kudus to Sam and Herman. We saw 2 cheetah kills within 3 days- and Garden of Eden like settings with a wide variety of animals. We spent 4 days in Cape Town and didn’t scratch the surface of things to do. We did happen upon 2 puff adders mating in the Kirstenbosch Gardens. We spent 4 nights in Mala-Mala Sable Camp abutting Kruger National Park. The accommodations were wonderful. We stayed in a luxurious cabin and the Lion’s Den (a large living space and two bedrooms.) Every amenity was included as well as a well-stocked bar. Our guide, Deon, became part of the family and was excited as we were for every leopard that we saw- 11 different ones and all the wee creatures that came out to see us. Nadia made sure that we had boarding passes and contact information for every step of the way.
The website for accessing travel arrangements has improved over the years however, some updates could make it easier to navigate.
