I booked a ticket for the family of three to Chicago and I have to cancel for one passenger. The agent who handle me well was Jhanvi Sharma. I felt so nervouse for I did not receive confirmation emilas after payment, but thanks to her she helped me update the email add in the system and assisted me to cancel one ticket. I hope I will receive the refund as promised.

I booked my flight through traveasy.com because it was the cheapest. Honestly, I was worried because of the reviews. During the booking process, I logged into the chat, and the advisor immediately confirmed the baggage allowance, price, and so on. I didn't have time to make the payment, but the advisor sent me a payment link and confirmation of all the details via chat. I made the payment, but I was worried again. Within 40 minutes, I received my tickets. I logged into Etihad Airways. My reservation was listed on their website, and tickets were available. So everything went perfectly!

Very pleased and thankful to Prince, who was extremely helpful and kind, I had originally booked to travel to Dubai on Emirates and then to further fly to india, but due the current situation in UAE, I had to change my plan, so I got through to prince I explained him my situation, he was very efficient he managed to book me on a different flight to go India, all booked and confirmed without any delays, n saved me money if I had cancelled n tried to bookmyself which were coming out way to expensive to afford. They helped us make what seemed like an impossible booking
We made a mistake when booking and ended up in a complete mess with our flights and weren't sure what to do. The Traveasy team spotted it and called us to understand what we actually needed. They moved mountains to help us get the flight we wanted despite all the global disruption. Just when we were about to give up another option presented itself and the team were able to help us book - they got us the flight at 60% of what it would have been via the airline or any other online booking system. Cannot thank them enough.

when i booked ticket i got screenshot of the ticket not real one. they when i called to conferm suddenly there was extra charge for the extra bag which i didn't need. SO i had to bargain for conferming ticket like i already paid, but had to wait to get ticket.

Actually able to speak to a human
Having a person to talk to and arrange the booking is a thosand times better than being consigned to an automated booking that more times than not has been programmed incorrectly and doesn't account for glitches that can often occur. The person I spoke with (called Deepak) was extremely helpful and kept me well-informed throughout the process.

You don’t save enough in the end to compensate for the lack of service
You book online and the ticket isn’t confirmed. Then I get a call saying that tha tickets are sold out. I have enquired about a cancellation due to the escalating war in Iran and was told after being on the phone for 20 minutes that a different department will call me back. I have not received and call back and have now received an email with final documents. Service is terrible. I will not book with these again.
