12th March 2026 I submitted my refund for my flights. I have not received a refund and it has been 5 weeks

My Daughter who booked direct with Emirates received a refund less than 48hrs after submitting.

Abhi was super helpful and professional! He helped get an invoice promptly!

Found this company when I was searching for flights on skyscanner. They answered the phone promptly and were fast and efficient at organising my itinerary. The tickets were emailed to me on the same day. So far, so good. Thanks, Udi.

I was confused with website and baggage
I don’t think it was clear enough in detailing that you had in the price a walk on bag for under seat storage
So I purchased additional luggage

We are booking our travel for the last 15 years with them & we had a few near miss flights a few times and they have assisted us to come to the UK smoothly hence

Booked flights through Carlton Leisure for partner’s birthday. Our flights were cancelled by the airline and we elected to request a refund, which we had to do through Carlton Leisure. Despite several emails and phone calls, each time being reassured that they will process things quickly, 4 months later I have still not heard back from them and have not received a refund. Given the current climate of frequent flight cancellations, you’ll be better off booking directly with the airline.

This company is absolutely useless. They have no active communication, barely reply to emails (usualy after 1 week delay) and the multiple phone numbers they have do not work. They make excuses that if the phone can't be answered, it's because 'lines are busy', which is nonsense.

Never had so much trouble with travel agent before. I will not book with this circus again.

My agent at Carlton leisure was called Abhi. We had booked a holiday to India and Vietnam and the war in the middle East started . Abhi has been amazing in dealing with all our queries and anxieties regarding our flights. He was extremely helpful in finding alternative flight for us from Mauritius to London so we could join our friends on our schedule holiday to India and Vietnam. On our return from Vietnam to London, our daughter gave birth to our first grandchild and my wife wanted to stay longer in London to support our daughter. Abhi was again very helpful to reschedule my wife's flight to Mauritius. Abhi was prompt, professional and courteous in all our engagement with both over the phone and via email. We would recommend Abhi are Carton leisure for our future holiday and flights. Thank you very much Abhi.
