Staff at mumbai is good . Special mention of ms sakeena who helped us track the shipment movement timely.

Though a few hiccups in the beginning in communicating for the shipment through the parcel chief, later on, the whole thing went very smoothly, and the pick up from the doorstep to delivery in the UK was a like a breeze. Packing and moving of essential commodities
It was an amazing process of continuous communication and transparency in service.
