After starting our property development journey last year Karim has been been one of the key parts of helping us to smoothly buy and remortgage 2 BTL properties. Karim dealt with our mortgage from the initial enquiry, through the whole advice process until completion with exceptional professionalism. I had the confidence at every step of the process that Karim and his team are on top of everything. I received frequent updates without even a prompt. There was a slight issue with the first lender and the property we wanted to purchase but Karim and his team negotiated this and found a different lender in no time. I was then informed that rates had slightly fallen and they updated my application and product immediately.
