Seems very odd insuring a non Toyota or Lexus branded vehicle with Toyota Insurance but the price was very competitive I must say. Hopefully I won't need their services.

I have paid for my new insurance with your compensation .I received a rather bizzare text message from a mobile number stating this was a contact from Toyota and I need.to contact your department.
I've tried to make contact with your department and have not been able to do so . I am.greatly concerned this could be a scam

I can confirm it is normal that we may text customers with information but if you are ever unsure, we would ask you contact us using our number in your policy documents and we can verify any correspondence you believe may be a scam. When purchasing a policy the Customer Portal should be accessible immediately. Where this is not accessible it would be important to notify our Customer Service Department in order to identify and correct any issues that may have occurred.

I am 77 years old
I am 77 years old, when I tried to get the policy, it only starts one month later, I was so frustrated but better than none, so I did. When my son tried, the policy started the following day. Please make your soft ware much easier.
