Pretty straight forward business idea, the support is more than enough. Because of this I managed to quit my 9-5 by scaling up from 2 to 6 machines.

Great Concept - Beware of "Location Help"
Like many others, I learned of Touch Coffee from a social media ad placement. I saw the value of this automated coffee concept from the jump, so I submitted my information, and shortly afterwards got a friendly text, which led to an informal informational call. Everything sounded like I expected...Great coffee available conveniently. I was told that they help with location placement and support you along the way...only half of this was true. Location placement was fully on me to get, they simply said yes or no to locations I found and submitted for consideration...no help otherwise...this was the most disappointing part. Having worked in vending before, I knew that I didn't want to do the cold calling for machine placement, but believed that they would truly help with this aspect of the process...I was dead wrong, and is one of the main reasons why they get only 3-stars from me. Other than that, the team was friendly and communicative, shipping took longer than expected, but the contact "Zarak" was very friendly and maintained excellent communication with me throughout the preparation process. While I'd advise caution with investing BEFORE landing a location, I still think it's a worthwhile investment overall.
