Console table to dining table
I ordered a dining table which reduced to a console table. The quality of the table was outstanding which meant it was extremely heavy. It needs 2 people to carry into house. Unfortunately the holes were misaligned and the console table could not close.
This was a major defect which is why I took off one star. The table should be checked before shipping.
I asked for the table to be collected and a full refund. The process was a little long but I dealt with Marcella who was very helpful and ensured the table was collected and I received a full refund.

Great experience
Marie was very helpful and responsive, and her messages were always very friendly and supportive. She followed up when I didn’t respond right away which was very helpful to remind me of the information I needed to provide. Overall, I had a great experience.

My experience with Transformer Table was great. Ordering was very easy. I had an issue with one chair. I called support and talk to Jacob and Bale. Both of them were very helpful and professional. Issue was quickly resolved and I received replacement chair. Product is great and I love it.

Delivery person called and left voicemail that they were leaving soon. Delivery person couldn't speak English and didn't answer his phone, so I couldn't find him and he took off.

I am very pleased with my Transformer…
I am very pleased with my Transformer Table. The table looks great and good quality. One of the push latches on the cupboard base was not working correctly. Chantelle in Customer Service was extremely helpful and anxious to assist me with sending a replacement push-latch. No hassle - just a couple of pictures requested. Thank you, Chantelle for the very positive experience.

I love this new table and how it easily transforms to adjust to the size of my family. The chairs are comfortable and the bench is perfect.
I had trouble with one of my chairs and contacted customer support for a resolution. The customer service representative was kind, attentive, resolved the problem without any problems.
