Excellent customer service from start to finish. Really pleased with the summer house and service we got from total sheds. Was kept informed from start to finish. They was very respectful of the garden and very efficient.thank you very much. Highly recommended

We just want to say that we were impressed with the Customer Service we received from the guys in the office, Jason, Manny and Jag were very helpful and answered our questions, and special thanks also go out to Chris and Vinnay, who put the Summer shed together, they were real troopers and didn't let a little bit of rain stop them doing an excellent job. They were polite and friendly and tidied up after themselves. Our Summer shed looks the business thanks, Guys:) We won't hesitate to recommend Total Sheds to family and friends. The price, service and product are all excellent - Thank you!

From start to finish, I had none of the experiences mentioned above. They were very helpful in aiding me in chosing the correct log cabin for my needs.
The follow up service was good in keeping me updated on the delivery date to my address in Maidenhead.
The two lads that turned up were pleasant & friendly & did a good job installing the log cabin which we are very pleased with.
I would have no problem in recommending this company.

Total sheds did not make my building to the required specification. Add to that wonky doors , broken floor boards. Damaged felt and a general mess!!!!. It’s going back and I’m looking to purchase from another supplier.

I asked a few question prior to ordering which were answered accurately and quickly. The ordering experience was very simple via their website with all the options I needed obvious and priced competitively.

The phone rang the day before my allotted delivery date with Total Sheds confirming an approximate time for delivery and that everything was going ahead as planned.

On the day, their guys arrived on time and off loaded my new shed with care exactly where I wanted it and were friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer.

Erection of the shed was an option when ordering, but I didn’t opt for that service as the instructions on the website seemed clear and simple enough for most DIYers to be able to handle. During the build of the shed we discovered an issue. Photos were taken and an email was sent to Total Sheds who responded almost immediately. The issue was sorted without any fuss or inconvenience. The mark of a good company is how they handle a situation like this when it arises, and Total Sheds couldn’t have been better.

As it is a very competitively priced shed, I was wasn’t expecting the quality of materials and the finished shed is very sturdy and treated properly will last for many, many years.

Really great quality dog kennel and run! Looks really classy in the garden very happy with it, 10x4 foot standard hight much bigger than I expected but really easy to put together especially the fact the panel all come ready built ready to just fit together 10/10! Well done total sheds

I recently had a 8x16 summerhouse installed by Total Sheds and it's absolutely brilliant, we did have a leek and I took down an inside board to have a look and found that there was some insulation missing, I contacted them and they paid for the missing insulation, I fixed the leek with expanding foam, their were some rough edges all round that needed sanding off, I think considering the low price I don't mind doing a few bits, if you are planning to get one of these you will need a can of expanding foam and some sheets of sand paper just to finish things off, the delivery and installation were on time and the lads were polite and worked hard, Thank You to all at Total Sheds.

Well, be careful with this company! Shed is of really bad quality, erected and left with the trim around sides of roof too short, had to buy the trim and fit myself. Large gaps in the exterior corners where shiplap doesn't meet resulting in water getting into shed. Water coming in through rear and side panels.
Customer service absolutely shocking and now they say I caused the shed to leak! They will not do anything about it as they say I may have banged the wall panels thereby causing it to leak.
Having paid by Credit Card I have been refunded by my bank who hopefully will be following up and recovering from Total Sheds! My small claims court action is on hold for now until I get more advice as I'm still stuck with a faulty Shed.

Update. I've received email from Trustpilot stating that Total Sheds would like more information etc etc so they can verify this review. Why? They were not interested when I contacted them and shut down all communication.

7x4 pent shed delivered and installed by Total Sheds. Shed is great quality and install was very quick, polite and tidy.

Shed is watertight after last few showers, good company to use.

Certainly not quality sheds, not sure if they even do any checks before it's shipped out to customer.
The more I look at the shed the more areas I find where the wood has split, or the tongue is missing from the tongue and groove.
I emailed them, of course they couldn't care less and don't bother to reply.

Peronsonally i'd recommend getting one locally...

**update total sheds it seems put in a lot of effort to try and get this review removed, mainly by telling trust pilot over and over I'm not a genuine customer. Not sure why they don’t spend that effort on trying to make sure their customers get a good product rather than trying to remove reviews. Tsk tsk total sheds, you should be ashamed**.

Excellent service provided by Ben and Gavin. They arrived in good time and were effiecient and polite in spite of having to erect the shed in the rain. Very happy with their work and with the quality of the shed and the value for money.

Paid for this shed and included installation, it was very badly done. A large gap was left across the top of the back wall, so that you could get hands anywhere through it and touch the outside of the shed. Obviously this could let any number of wildlife access the inside. Also the wall were not properly attached to the roof, so they moved when pressure was applied. Total sheds told me that the large gap was for “ventilation” and was a normal feature of their sheds. They eventually came and stood on the roof and nailed across both sides of the roof to attach it properly to the walls, but this was done through the felt. So now there will be possible rain leakage through these holes. My own workman.who came to fill the gaps using rolled up chicken wire said what they said about ventilation was nonsense.

Had our shed delivered and built by Ben and Gavin. The experience from ordering to it being built was outstanding.

I highly recommend this company! This morning I had Phil and Liam from Total Sheds come and deliver and install my new shed. I am not easy to please but they did such a good job with me stood watching and questioning them. They even changed the door from right hand opening to left for me without any bother. They arrived when I was told to expect them and the shed looks perfect. Thanks!

Excellent company to deal with.
We have all gone through tough times this last year. It must be hard for the company complying with strict covid regulations, and also with sourcing materials, where wood is in such short supply during this present period of time.
Only today I was sitting in my recently installed summer house, thinking to myself “it’s not that bad A product”
