Absolutely disgusted by these people.

Totally Dishonest should be their rightful name , I am still trying to come to terms that I have been manipulated and taken full advantage of and of course the lost of my £800 that I have given Mr Johnson to fill and submitted a application that we agreed on . Instead his assistant sends me a drafted letter and not the application.

Let me give a full picture of what I been through

.• I was referred to Craig by a friend
• I wanted a application filled in and submitted.
• the application is Free but I wanted a lawyer to fill it in for me properly.
• Contacted Mr Craig Johnson and he agreed to do it for £1000.
• I paid him £800 March and May and still no application
• I am a single mother with kids and I scarified to pay this money out of pocket
• in April crieg johnson told me the application will take 2 weeks to complete and submit.
• here comes the start of my troubles to retrieve the application so I can have a read .
• tried calling after 4 weeks chasing the application that was meant to take 2 weeks .
• no reply to calls or email.
• I called my bank for a chargeback to retrieve my money .
• finally Craig called and said he went on annual leave
• every week was a lie , why I can’t have my application.
• got a message he is going on another annual leave .
• Got a meeting with him after my bank threatened to take my money from his account.
• More lies again concerning my application
• at this point my family is worried I have been a victim of fraud.
• Got a email stating from crieg , I should ask my bank to cancel the chargeback and he will send me my application.
• I did what he asked hoping I would have my final application.
• more lies for 1 month still no application.
• Got a message from his assistant Julie
• she was sent to keep me calm so they can keep my money longer .
• at this point I want a refund because there is no application.
• every week was a lie
• got a email Mr Craig Johnson us in another annual leave . At this point I have to laugh because they can’t even keep up with their own lies .
• 4 annual leave in 5 months
• when it’s not annual leave, it’s he is sick , every week was a different story to why I can’t have me application

• I finally got the strength to terminate my involvement with these dishonest liars .

• these people show no mercy to their dishonesty

• if they could rob a blind man and get away they would .

• I ask again for my completed application and my documents back still I am being sent a drafted letter .

• i have emailed that a drafted letter is not what we agreed on and I don’t want a letter I wanted a fill in complete application.

• they took my money and deceived me for 5 months and trust me if I did not go to social media for help with these con artists I would not have gotten a drafted letter .

• my experience has been absolutely horrible and I never meet a man that lies so much .

• I have to take my matter in-front of a judge to get my money back because they refuse to refund me after all the mental and financial lost they have caused me .

They are happy to take your money but will not deliver what you paid for .

They keep asking me for £400 more to complete the application. I said “let me see what you have done so far . They keep sending me some drafted letter , I kept saying , that is not what I paid £800 for .

Deception after deception .

Lies after lies .

It’s been painful and they are incredibly unprofessional.

As I continue to fight for my Money back as there was no application made ,

Craig Johnson sent me text messages stating he no longer work for Totally ADR .

I said to him you are a professional liar ! He forgot he told me back in July that Totally ADR was his company.

I replied to he “ when would you stop “ you lie so much .

How dare you continually try to be so dishonest just to keep my money .

Bottom line is

There was never any application prepared and I was scammed £800

She seems to be picking up the slack for Mr Crieg Johnson, she emailed me with a offer
Give them £400 more and they will release my application for me to have a read .I must be a mug ! There is no application and there is no end to the scam I thought to myself.
These people are sitting behind their phones trying to scam me out of £400 for a application that don’t exist. Why in Gods Good name would I do that after the owner of the company text me , that he no longer works for himself. So how the hell am I paying? My agreement was with Mr Craig Johnson and he no longer works for for his own company.
They are trying so very hard . After months of lies . I thank GOD and his son Jesus Christ I made that decision to stand up for myself and ask for a refund. The both members of this company where going to scam me out of a full £1200 plus more if I remained gullible.
Still no refund and of course no application because there was none .
When I asked for my money back they close the company and reopen under a new name totally Coach. They avoid paying tax by closing. Liars

If anyone out there has a complaint, or grievance pertaining to the way their case has been handled or is currently being handled by this company and its director and acting executive paralegal, you may file a formal complaint with his legal regulator CILEX. The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Sadly this information appears to be unavailable on ADR's website. CILEX being fully independent has the power to address and/or investigate any issues raised concerning its members. Which is highly valuable.

This company act fraudulently and are a complete scam, I paid £4,200 to this company I asked the owners to represent me as a mckenzie friend as we couldn’t afford a solicitor. After this experience, I would recommend paying for a proper solicitor and NOT a mckenzie friend, especially this company! They was full of promises and hope, we went to court and have come out far worse than before. Filled us with hope and got nothing from it, it’s quite sad I’m writing this review as they seemed lovely people but the experience I have received is absolutely disgusting. I would avoid at all costs and like I said pay for a decent solicitor not this company. I have no contact order, no refund of any sort, went into court and the judge literally laughed us out the court room found out we was never prepared like they said we was. I have emails, messages full of their lies and excuses. I have also uploaded proof I have used this company and not just a competitor or someone who hasn’t used this company on Google with my review. Avoid these people at all costs, do your research before handing over any money to them! And don’t fall for their lies!!

In repsponse to your reply, I gave you the previous papers from previous court case which you had full knowledge and accessibility too which I had emailed to you so again you knew the case and you knew exactly what you were getting into, I have emails of these papers being sent to you! You also lied about the Cafcass Guadian still being involved, I spoke to other party’s solicitors who told me something completely different from what they was telling me, then when you were caught out on it and I started asking questions you came away from the Guadian and stated you had hired an ISW who had retired and would be taking it on when in fact you were just trying to move away from the Guadian as I had started asking questions!

Craig was absolutely incredible, although he was instructed rather late on in the proceedings, I can't imagine how it would have turned out without his support, advice and guidance. The support he provided really was invaluable. I couldn't recommend his services enough. From the moment he arrived I was instantly reassured and put at ease, we couldn't have hoped for a better result. I'll forever be grateful. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart, you have helped to make a little boy feel very safe and reassured.

Craig, Julie and their team have been great. They have supported me with regards CAO. So knowledgeable and compassionate, I highly recommend them.

Totally ADR instructed me to attend a hearing in Hereford county court. They didn't provide the McKenzie friend form of representation to the court upfront, they claimed that a complaint was made against me regarding my conduct and presentation by the said client. Calb from the compliance side made numerous threats to report my behaviour. The whole situation from start to finish was a shambles. I arrived late to the hearing due to heavy traffic, I also was provided the wrong court details, so had to ask a local for directions to the hearing. I was late by 25 minutes and then asked to fill out a form with the clerk, as totally ADR didn't even notify the court the client had a McKenzie friend attending that day. There was a minor issue where I needed to use my phone to view the cafcass addendum report and the judge was annoyed by this. I then left the hearing on her request. I stayed behind despite the lack of communication and support offered by totally ADR at the time. I spoke to the client to reassure her about the case, the client said she was happy as she got the result she wanted and felt confident I was there with her in the court room. A week passes and no payment for my expenses received. Then I am told by the acting director to contact Cleb. I did so and he then told me a complaint was made on the 7th of December, apparently I entered the court room according to the client, like I had been 'dragged through a bush'i was wearing a velvet suit and had a Karen Millen jacket on and I was apparently in appearance 'unkempt'. I drove my BMW from Caedff to Hereford and back and the firm are now refusing to pay me my expenses including payment for food on the day. Utterly disgusting behaviour from a firm that prides itself on customer service satisfaction. I was caused undue distress by the client, she was crying hysterically on the call while I was driving to find Hereford court. Begging me to attend the hearing with her. After all this ordeal ended, I then was late collecting my daughter from Nursery as the judge let the proceedings overrun. It was meant to be 1hr in duration, it was more like an 1.5hrs. I contacted the acting director Julie and told her I was upset especially with the case being of a sexual nature and she responded saying "sorry, I am making my tea" no empathy whatsoever and withholding my fee for attendance at court. I will be sending the horrendous email sent to the regulatory body they are under. Crai has not even attempted to resolve this matter, he seemed to know nothing about this complaint. The complaint was allegedly made against me on the 6th of December, yet Calb only spoke to the client yesterday? I have asked to evidence of this complaint and I was told it was unprofessional to ask for this. Shocking behaviour!

Totally ADR how can I be a competitor when I have evidence your director has requested me to attend court on a client's behalf? You have scammed me out of expenses, which is disgusting. I will be writing to you in respect of settling this dispute shortly. I will only speak to C.J regarding this matter not anyone else. He requested I attended the court hearing, so that is the only person I will communicate with going forward. Provide me with the requested documents, your indemnity insurance certificate and the service agreement,you should of provided to me before I agreed to take on any work through the firm. I need the said documents as soon as practicable please.

I’d been in court for years and spent almost all my life savings on solicitors and barristers only to encounter failure after failure from court and representation.

So I spent my last money on Totally ADR after a meeting with Craig and Julie which had impressed me. And self-represented with help on the day from Caleb who I couldn’t have done it without-and suddenly it turned around and they were listening to my child’s needs for the first time.

I have worked or liaised with Craig, Katie, Julie and Caleb and they all have a great attitude and talents. The team were able to immediately identify the concerns I had, and the problems that had happened with my case without me even telling them. They just ‘get it’, and it is such a relief to finally be “seen”.

Sometimes it is hard to get through on the phones because they may be in hearings with other clients, but they have always got back to me and kept me informed.

A longstanding relationship with Craig across a 2year parental responsibility family court dispute. His matter of fact practical approach, backed by a wealth of legal knowledge and experience of the family court, alongside a very human, real-term and ordinary/lay person explanation of things and empathy made for a crucial partnership and client/practitioner relationship across the piece. Craig Johnson and Julie Blackmer are nothing but two con artists and if you do not want to be ripped off and lied too, I suggest you start looking for ACTUAL professional legal representation.

County Court Advocate, Paralegal and Professional McKenzie Friend amongst other titles mean nothing in the eyes of the law. These titles are all unregulated as none of these descriptions amounts to a professional legal qualification awarded by an approved regulator as set out in the Legal Services Act. This information was provided to me by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I have also been advised of this by the Legal Society and other bodies.

This means if you hire these guys to represent you and things to do no to plan there is NOTHING you can do legally as far as professional negligence. They are not members of the IoP or McKenzie Friend - they have as much credibility as a layperson. Craig may be a Law Graduate but again, that is nothing. A person with a degree in Psychology cannot claim to be a Psychologist just because they have a degree. AGAIN, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I started to have a look at Craig's LinkedIn page (who blocked me from his page whilst still supposedly overseeing my case) to see who he has worked with and who if anyone has endorsed him. The only people who have endorsed Craig are there people hired by him. I contacted people Craig had recommended and one of them said they knew of him but did not know him personally. This same person Craig has claimed to be his supervisor and obviously had no knowledge I had spoken with them.

I hired Craig Johnson to represent me in a small claims dispute and all he did was lie for the last 7 months. He told me I had won my case and was being awarded the money when my case was in fact closed back in November. The irony is he was not legally down as even representing me on my small claim but had apparently seen correspondence from the courts and bailiffs about my case. All more of his lies - which is sick in all honesty.

He even produced a fake email thread presenting as they were from the courts in relation to my case that the courts had no knowledge off. He lied so much that I started recording conversations and storing all correspondence as I am building a criminal case against him and want them held to account.

I need to emphasise that Craig produced fraud by plagiarising emails from the court as if they were about my case. For this fact alone I am doing everything in my power to get him investigated. I will not stop until I have them held to account.

When I confronted the pair with the evidence, they decided to reimburse and pay me compensation. Well thank you for the money, but I am still going to take against as I am sitting on a bed of evidence to prove how incompetent these two are.

I can sit here for days and tell you all the inconsistency and falsehoods they said and done but none of those matters. What matters is prevention is better than cure and for the sakes of your money and livelihoods look elsewhere.

If you have experienced anything similar please make sure you are documenting everything and get it all in writing. If they will not put it in writing that is your red flag people.

There is no team. There is just you and Craig and I have confirmation from HMTCS that the emails sent were fraudulent and have reported to the police. Quit while you’re ahead.

I am an 80-year-old man the disabled child I used Craig Johnson and Julie blackmer for a probate problem for the past year and 3 months I have had to listen to lies I'm bad practise I have asked for paperwork and have been fobbed off for the last 6 months I truly think these two should not be allowed to practise Mr Johnson is constantly in hospital when there is a problem or a question to answer and Julie blackmer his assistant is very unhelpful I am having to start again not knowing who to trust anymore I felt the need to let people know about these two characters

My case was a 50/50 dispute. Craig has been an absolute diamond and a lucky find. I was amazed at his depth of knowledge regarding child law. He was composed, calm and precise on what he done for me. From taking my initial call, analysing the case, putting a tribunal strategy in place, dealing with, talking to the judge took most of the stress away.
